paying 200k to share walls with neighbors on both sides of you isn't anything i would ever feel jealous of
250k. A nice quarter-million dollars to share 2 walls.
You're forgetting interest on that loan. Phil's low down payment + long repayment term mean he will spend just under $530,000 on a mid-unit condo with water damage and mold when he's finally free and clear of the mortgage. If you lump in the HOA because it's funny, that creeps up to just over $650,000.

how the shit did it literally double in value? thought i'm sure the actual value is less because i'm sure it's disgusting in there now. if the pig had any brains he'd sell that shit and pocket the cash
Tech boom in Metro Seattle and that figure is misleading: A few places were assessed or listed for $500k but they did not sell so that value is pretty much meaningless outside of property tax valuations.

Edit for clarity: Places in the gated community, not just in Metro Seattle generally.

Not to mention the housing market is still upside down and crazy. Everything is 40k or so over asking price all over the place let alone a major city.

Mr. Huff Stuff bought up something that I never noticed. He did bring up a good point how most, if not all, YouTubers have SuperChats that stick for a certain amount of time. Philliam the pigroach? Well...that would be peaking behind the curtain into the scam. Can't have that! He's gotta play broke, you see. How else is he supposed to shake the wheelchair armada for their SSI checks?
I think it's even worse than that... I remember that those $200 superchats from Dr. Glegend were pinned there for a while... So he might have set the stream to only stick the "massive" superchats.
The default is for chats over a certain amount (see video)

Quick question for everyone here. The other day someone posted about Phil putting words into someone else's mouth and saying in a private chat that he (that said person) couldn't believe the trolls Phil has and was calling them mentally ill or autists or something and the guy corrected it on Twitter and said "I never said that".

What was that in relation to?

The reason I ask is because I got to thinking about Phil's gaming chair promotion where Phil claimed the guy said he couldn't handle the trolls and went out of business and that just didn't sit well with me. Something else happened to that company and Phil used it to further his victim narrative agenda right ?

That's... a good point. I don't think I've seen a Youtuber that has superchats that did not have this feature. I'm fairly certain Phil did initially.
I assume it's something Phil had to manually disable at some point. I hadn't even noticed.
This give some insight into his desire for the SuperThanks - Phil is very interested in methods to hide money. Anything, even if it just means the numbers aren't visible to people on stream for longer than they could be.
On top of his increasing paranoia, and sudden concern for his YT channel that used to just be an archive, Phil is demonstrating with this a whole new level of panic about his long-held lifestyle. And I mean that very specifically, he's not trying to save himself from homelessness, the only way to do that is by ceasing to be a pigroach, and he's never going to do that. He does not, or does not want to, see that he's heading for a brick wall with all this shit, he's just trying to keep going, and he does see that it's getting harder to do.

It's only going to get worse from here, because his Elden Ring playthrough is the biggest botch for his channel yet, and the more he continues to spend on Champions, the more he fucks his future AND his image. Remember when the account was found, and people thought it might be a troll until it was established that $40k had been spent over the course of three years? Well, for a troll to pull such a con, they would have to go that far, and keep this going for years, to convince people. Creating an account in someone's name and then dropping $1000 one week, no one cares. No damage is going to be done, not even to someone like Phil. It takes commitment, to cement it as being an ongoing thing that the person is supposedly doing.

Well we know it isn't a troll, but the effect is the same nonetheless: the damage sets in after a certain amount of money spent, and after a certain amount of time, especially after they've been caught. Phil has probably spent more money since being found, then he did for years prior, and has added two years onto his total play time. That's damage he probably couldn't recover from anyway, but is no excuse for continuing, and the longer he goes on like this, the more he works against his own legacy.

This is what he gets for being a spoiled shit, who wants a good rep but insists on always doing bad things.

Holy shit, that's a good catch. I can see Phil either giving a bullshit explanation as to why he has the superchat stickers turned off or just silently(or audibly)banning anyone that questions it.

Philburt seems to either confuse success with how much money he gets or he's using money to fill some kind of void. Probably why 100k+ a year is never enough. It's like a goddamn Shakespeare tragedy except the main character has no redeemable features.
"Fucketh this pig-faced manwhore in particular"

When people exclaim how happy they are, or how busy they are: typically they are neither of those things. Real happy people show it through their actions, busy people don't even have time to say they're busy. So he's a sad little piggy, living with someone who has even less personality than him.

yeah its cliché but ive never know people with actual high functioning positive skills to broadcast them constantly to anyone who will listen. Its like bragging about being humble, if you posses those traits you wouldnt brag that way.

So even though his condo is valued at $563489 (Redfin, and given the lack of maintenance that is probably to high) this is a money pit for Phil?

His super mature adult house middle unit condo is just a piece of overpriced tat?

The photos I've seen of it kind of reminds me of the overpriced college apartments that start to fall apart within a few years of use (trim starts peeling off, cabinet/door hinges squeak, etc). They look nice initially but everything is built cheap. Kind of funny that his WWE account will soon be worth more than his unit, if it isn't already.

No, the "company" was bragging on Twitter that the knew all about Phil’s trolls and they COULD handle it, they were prepared, "bring it on lol".

They were not prepared. The "company" was just like 2 grifters in Alabama or Georgia or something drop-shipping cheap Chinese chairs and claiming it was their own personal brand, but they were too lazy to even cover up the original branding.

Their company name was 'Spawn Seats', you can type that into the very useful search bar at the top of every page and do a sub-forum search to find out all about it.

Side note: You can use the search function for just about anything you are interested in learning about Phil.

When the Autism Vortex doxed them and their company address, and began digging into other grifts they had going they overnight went from "lol bring it on" to literally "delete fucking everything".

Looking forward to him getting pissy when someone asks the perfectly logical question of why he has to order food when Kat could go get it instead. I'm telling you, it's his guilt conscience getting triggered by that shit. He knows why it's not an option, and it has him scared any time it comes up, especially when he's on-camera and supposed to be staying there. The question is merely of it being from Kat refusing to do anything, or from not being there to begin with. If it was because she was at work, he would simply say so.

I note that he threw in a bit of begging for engagement, no surprise there, but I find it amusing nonetheless because it shows how much Phil just doesn't fucking get it. He's also being ambiguous about how many night streams he's skipping out on, "to do his taxes", and exactly when they are. He doesn't do this when it's an appointment of some kind that he has no control over, so it's him taking time off to do something else, that's possibly voluntary.

Obviously my mind is going to go right to this being Champions-related, especially since he mentioned still having a tax guy, which means his situation hasn't changed, which means he's definitely lying about needing time off for the reasons he states. Correct me if I'm wrong, but he has never needed to delete evening streams in order to assemble what paperwork he later dumps on his tax guy. We know his taxes aren't actually more complicated by the bank leaks, not unless he has been cheating the IRS in some way until now, which I doubt. There's a reason he's still sticking with his "fraudulent charges" narrative, and bringing it up as he weaves a new tax narrative.

It isn't necessarily that he'll be playing a lot of Champions on those evenings, it could be that he really does need the time this year, but it'll be because the hours he usually allots for tax work, were taken up already by Champions. No doubt. We'll see when those dropped evening streams come up, and TJGamebox reports on how much he spent those days.

His biggest problem is he takes a day off. Regardless of what he says he does on that day, he can get his tax shit together on that day. That's what every real mature adult business owner does if they have to.
