The suspended sentence was handed down in the beginning of January, I'm pretty sure the rape occurred some time in February. Not that it matters, as others have pointed out, there's pretty much no chance Alice is going to get the police involved.

I remember after Ralph took the plea deal, myself and other users were wondering if a domestic issue with Alice would be the thing that brings Ralph down. At the time, I was thinking it would have to be a neighbor witnessing something shady and calling the cops. Not Alice recounting a rape a month later.
