Ralph also has pretty stubby arms and legs with a relatively long torso. If Ralph wanted to put his dick in her mouth from the side of a bed or couch then he would need to kneel down but because of his short stature, stubby legs and overly long torso, his crotch would be fairly low to the ground. This means that Ralph would need to both stretch up and lean forward. Not imposable but certainly uncomfortable.
