Never really sat down to watch her aside from glimpses of her recorder streams but she's surprisingly really fluent at english, even despite the accent. The stream's also been pretty wholesome so far.

many do a very stylized and distinct but taxing voice, or sometimes too high pitched for the uwu anime asthetic when they first start out so they can align with the standard for vtubers, but then they get slowly used to streaming and they get a strong viewbase so they mellow it out and make it more natural, compare Suisei's old voice to her new, more nautral one

you can also watch some other creators like Kiara and Keeki, Kiara sounds different, but then you have Calli/DemonDice who pretty much are 1:1 in both voice and attitude offscreen, also mics can change alot of one's voice like some people have said, also, it can also be a decent security measure where your streamer voice is purpousfully un-natural or very "practiced" so that schizos cant recognize your voice elsewhere when you just use your nautral voice, again Kiara and Keeki are a decent example for that

Funny you link Suisei in particular, because she basically had to drop to what we can assume is her natural voice. Timestamped to a part where she's talking and you can compare.
 
Gura+Mumei comedic duo is so powerful, they need to do more streams together. Mumei can heightened up Gura's joke by playing along, or act as the straight man with Gura's jokes. And Gura can spin Mumei's very normal story or remarks into something funny with her gremlin mind. And that's not counting their sisters-like dynamic. Truly a match made in Heaven

yee Susei really cares about taking care of her pipes, ngl even if its a lenguage i can not understand i appreciate the fact that not everyone tries to sound like a streamer personality or an anime character
