Will Smith slapped Chris Rock over a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith's bald head at Oscars 2022.

Will Smith accosted Chris Rock at Oscars 2022 Sunday night for joking about his wife Jada Pinkett Smith’s bald head.​

Rock took to the stage and quipped, “Jada, I love you, ‘G.I. Jane 2,’ can’t wait to see it,” but while the “King Richard” star first laughed about the joke he immediately turned sour.

Pinkett Smith looked furious before the censors turned on and muted Rock and Smith’s exchange. Lip readers, however, quickly realized a livid Smith shouted, “Keep my wife’s name out of your f–king mouth.”

Momentarily fazed, Rock responded, “Wow, Will Smith just smacked the s–t out of me” before defending his joke as “just a ‘G.I. Jane’ joke,” but the Oscar-nominated actor wasn’t having it and kept screaming, “Keep my wife’s name out of your f–king mouth.”

“The Nutty Professor” star suffers from alopecia and has been vocal about her struggle with hair loss and debuted a shaved head last summer.

“Willow made me do it because it was time to let go BUT … my 50’s are bout to be Divinely lit with this shed,” the 50-year-old actress wrote, reposting a selfie featuring the pair’s matching shaved styles.

You are hitting on one of the reasons it's real. No writer would have made the black man the heel. It would have been a fake punch and not a real sissy slap to preserve Will's image. It also transcends mere performance, neither one was witty, Will was full tard raging just repeating himself and trying be as loud as possible, Rock had the wit slapped right out of him and replaced with surprise, you can see him struggle to figure out what just happened and how to continue with the show, looking for cues. It was all too awkward and unpolished/unflattering to be scripted.
