Konami had the license for those early Ninja Turtles games. Even though it says "Ultra" on the cartridge, that's Konami, just under a different name. The first four Turtles games was Konami. For fuck's sakes Phil.

You know what else Konami did back in the early 1990's? The Simpson Arcade game and the X-Men arcade game; anyone who lived through those years knows what I'm talking about. There's also a reason Konami had a lot of good graces before all people knew about them was Kojima and Metal Gear; they put their work in and made excellent games. The only thing that rivaled Konami's old-school 4-6 player beat'em ups was Capcom's Dungeons & Dragon game and Alien vs Predator. The 90's were fucking amazing.

I find it funny, because we know the truth about his expenses, so if he's telling the truth, he's making himself look like he's taking time off to go through his receipts and highlight all those iTunes transactions as "business expenses". Which is tax fraud. I doubt he actually is, but when you know where his money goes, and you know he committed bankruptcy fraud, which involved the same action (hiding his frivolous spending inside "business expenses"), it looks like Phil is up to some shit

This. He 100% claims those as business expenses. He did it on his bankruptcy and had it approved by a judge. If he even got audited he would have a paper trail where the law already took a close look at it. He definitely claims them on his taxes.

He is 100% committing tax fraud but he will never get caught.

He has nothing to put together for some kind of tax attorney/CPA/Tax Guy.


Now on a different note-
It irks me that none of his chat calls him out when he talks about how he was doing so great on twitch until the fucked him over for no reason and now he is in a bad spot.

First of all, Phil, you made more money on youtube than twitch.

Secondly - you weren't doing great on twitch. You literally just filed bankruptcy and were still overdrafting your account every month. Wake up, clown. How his fans don't call him out is beyond me.

It also irks me that his "Marathons" are like 5 hours of gameplay and not like 24 or whatever (I know Phil- you would die if you sat in your chair longer than 4 hours) but seriously. How does he get away with calling it a marathon.

I also hate how he treats feasting with the king as a treat for his viewers. He really thinks he is doing other people a favor.

as for his tax payment plan - i thought he has been rolling it over year after year.

And as far as business expenses- are there caps to it? Like at some point it never gets you to zero right ? The feds want as much as they can get.

Perhaps my understanding was wrong and he has caught up every year with his plan.

Making 150k a year I'd assume he would catch up or the IRS would want to know why he couldn't pay and those micro transactions would be the only feasible evidence as door dash and curls and twirls certainly wouldn't count.
