But the people he gave the bribe money took all of it. Putin knew they'd skim but didn't think they'd take everything. Now go look into "NSA Shadowbroker" and know that Russia has a lot of presumed NSA tools which means they can detect them, effectively forcing the NSA to rebuild that from scratch or risk refactoring and re-burning.

Russia can almost certainly shut down all the power in Ukraine at a moment's notice. They may be able to cut your power off at a moment's notice. Sure the US can probably do the same to them, but who gets hurt more by it? Who is scrutinized more for it?
Anyway, my point is just to stop downplaying the Russians. Nukes are really all they need to keep everyone else at bay while they recover but that isn't all they have and invading them is Cold War dreamin'.

Yep, there's a lot of factors involved, including the bullets used. They're almost certainly using full metal jacket rounds, which don't expand the way a hollow point would. At that range it's possible it went in and out without tumbling, leaving a relatively narrow wound channel.

Joe Walsh Explains His Support to Arm Toddlers on ‘Who Is America?’​

One day before Sacha Baron Cohen’s new show Who Is America? premiered, former Illinois congressman Joe Walsh attempted to clarify his participation in Showtime’s satirical series.

In the first episode of Who Is America?, Cohen — posing as a fake Israeli “anti-terror expert” named Col. You are probably right about that but a lot of the residents have a soft spot for Russia and Russians. My stepmother speaks fluent Russian, I'm sure she isn't the only Cuban that does. The Cuban military is well trained and disciplined; maybe they don't have the latest toys but they had/have a good reputation. I don't have any information on their current status but given they took Mao's and Che's insurgency doctrines and refined them in Latin America I think they would be of use, if they were asked to participate and accepted.

Most bullets, but 12.7mm/.50 cal bullets will shoot large holes in people if they hit the right place. There's some incredible gore of corpses shot by that caliber and pictures of people missing half their hand. If a bullet that size hits a limb, it's almost certain that something's going to need to be amputated.

The US will not fuck with Cuba, and hasn't since 1962. It has had plenty of opportunities to do so, but has never pursued it.
