He wants to be persecuted because it will give him more attention. It's why he's acting like it's some sort of war.

Other than his two horrendous wank tapes and stupid tweets, he doesn't do anything uniquely insane. The ratio bullshit is typical on twitter nowadays. But I do think that he'll sue and make the case as high profile as possible, all to get more attention. And money.

Whole countries have tried and failed, as has already been stated. The site is attacked monthly by troops paying to have botnets DDOS it.
