The problem with Chantal getting her channel back is that it does seem like her and Nader are done - or at least he's done with her. That leaves nothing. No great arc where she's struggling for relevancy again. No Nader bullshit that kept us engaged for the last few months. We'll be back to mindless, boring ass streams where she might rage about Nader (which gets old fast) and nothing happens. I really hope she goes to Cuba now because that'll at least give some content but really, what made Chantal so fucking interesting, despite being a sped, was either her outlandish storytimes and awkward social interactions she prerecorded, or the drama surrounding Nader that probably won't exist anymore because he's clearly done with her shit.

I, for one, am disappointed.

Fingers crossed. I do agree that Chantal will get desperate to recapture the sheer buzz her channel generated at the height of her Nader arc. That will hopefully lead to some craziness...and she's dumb enough to push the boundaries again not realizing how close her channel really came to being permanently banned.

Sure, unless you consider that she's probably hurpling towards an early grave much faster with YouTube than she would be if she had never started it. I mean, I don't think her life would be that drastically different at the core, but she'd never be able to make enough money to support her food and drug habits with any regular, pedestrian, non-internet persona job.

I hope she takes this as a good omen for her Cuba trip and gets herself to the airport nice and early!
