I've watched nijiEN on and off since wave 2 but i've never seen bullshit like this, of course it's just a vocal minority but I still find it weird.
It's not like they've actually been baited, after all Elira had her schedule up and was supposed to stream at the same time so the whole "we wanted a lazulight collab" is just stupid.

I do not think it's only unicorns this time. Seems that many viewers are just tired of constant cross gender collabs and the kind of dynamics they bring.
Even if Niji has a reputation for not catering to idolfags, sometimes it's nice to just watch girls do things together. You don't have to be a hardcore unicorn to like those streams.

One thing I noticed in this stream (and that she calls attention to with the ticker) is that her laugh is always completely silent. Either her mic settings are filtering it or she is just like that, both of which I find incredible in someone who is speculated to have radio experience.

The JP fanbase got mad at a bunch of livers for offcollabing without telling them (there was a gap in uploads from a chunk of livers as a result). When it was discovered that the livers off collabed for a beach vacation with each other the fanbase got pissed saying they were having an off-pako (hook-up/sex meetup) with each other rather than actually streaming.
