Considering her reaction to any real work like observing the Border Crisis is to hide out in El Paso, no, she would be as bad or worse. She lacks charisma of any kind and her witch's cackle does not help. The thing is, she could, in fact, bone up on actual studying since she knows she has a real shot of inheriting the presidency, but she prefers to laugh off criticism.

Lefty states have already legalized weed with mixed results at best. It's not the silver bullet to more tax revenue because the Laffer curve is still in effect. Cartel Weed has cornered this market which only complicates matters. The Feds trying to lift it would still have the same problem of not getting the revenue they expected because if they want legal weed taxes, they have to be friendly to small businesses too.

You do have a point about student loans though, as it cost little political capital. The effect will be just as little though.

The description of this administration as a bunch of the most incompetent and unpleasant Obama administration leftovers in way over their heads trying to run the country like The West Wing is spot on. Everybody sprints out of the room from the bagel fetchers all the way to Joe Biden to avoid answering any questions and they just look so weak and out of their league.

This stuff about taxing the fat cats on their money before they officially realize it and all of this crap cannot possibly pass. It is yet more dud legislation that the uber-wealthy and powerful self-styled Masters of the Universe will never let pass and it is not even scheduled to kick in until 2023 so it does nothing for anybody now. This administration has nothing.

Pretty sure the problem with legalized marijuana is federal banking rules. But I could be wrong, I just have made a few investments in it with the few public companies and pay attention to their prospectus takes. Non-public companies might have different takes.

I second the fact that Harris wouldn't be a good President anyway. While she could be trusted to stay on script for the most part, she is generally incompetent in political matters and would most likely wander from one blunder to another, even if said blunders aren't at the same magnitude as Biden's. During her presidential campaign some time in 2019, she has espoused the usual rhetoric expected of her party (eg: Medicare for all, "assault weapons" ban, etc.) as well as her own initiatives (eg: Green New Deal and the investment of $100 billion of taxpayer money into housing assistance). So while the main line would be sitting at the status quo, Harris would probably inject more taxpayer spending into extraneous projects.

So Biden spends his time in Europe saying we might do a chemical attack on Russia, said US soldiers would be sent to Ukraine, and we will remove Putin from power. His handlers spend the weekend trying to walk back all of his fuck ups, only for Biden today to say he meant everything he said and no one tried to walk it back.

All of Harris' friends in politics were on loan. She has no real connections, because she is fake as fuck, deeply unpleasant, and stupid besides.

What is Palmer even referencing as his "finest hour"? Joe's approval rating is in the trash. Everything he says is walk backed by his staffers as he desperately tries to mumble his way further into trouble. Literally everyone I know is complaining about the things Joe has done (even if they aren't directly blaming him for it) and are aware that things are very not good.
