That is a HUGE problem in California and Southern Oregon. Also, couldn’t cartels just use American land to grow, and later fight over that? Not sure if a Breaking Bad scenario is in the cards, but I’m sure that if you got a plot in the middle of nowhere and have farming knowledge, people will find you.
So I'm not the only one?I feel like I'm trapped in a half assed rendition of William Johnstone's 'Out of the Ashes'. Hopefully this doesn't wind up with a nuke war like that book did.
I use a couple of my family members as a gauge of what the next grift is. For gas prices, the up and coming reasoning is that oil companies are greedy and are refusing to pump more oil so they can increase their profits. That is then being used by other companies to justify the increased prices for all goods.Yeah but the press is desperate to salvage Joepedo's presidency and will do anything anything anything to shore it up. Anything to shut people up about $4 gas. Anything to shut people up about hyperinflation coming.
TBF, that's not exactly wrong. Big Oil ARE reacting to supply and demand accordingly and Biden can't do shit about it because "drill baby drill" is anathema to his party.I use a couple of my family members as a gauge of what the next grift is. Go to the article and check out the comments. The copium and TDS are overwhelming.Kinda damning that this is coming from the Hill.
There was one article there (that was shared here on A&N) raising concerns about the coming digital dollar and how it's going to wreak havoc on the economy and privacy. It was written by some libertarian chick, I think her name is Kristin Tate?Go to the article and check out the comments. The copium and TDS are overwhelming.
Not once does anyone there admit that it is, like you said, indeed damning that such news is coming from a source like The Hill. They can’t even get a little introspective and simply admit that the numbers are damning on their own, because doing so is apparently the same as endorsing Blumpfth. They’re also too emotionally invested in Mushbrain to admit he’s failing, because to them, it’s an admission that they fucked up wrt character judgement. It’s an admission that they got taken in by Joe’s empty promises/virtue signals, and it ruins the sense of security they gain via the democrats. They can never admit that they’re wrong, and continue to refuse to do so.
I’m unafraid to criticize the politicians I support, and when they fail/their polling grows dire, I’m quick to recognize that there’s a serious problem, that “my guy” is fucking up, and a recalibration is needed. After all, I’m not emotionally invested in those individuals like I am my family. Criticizing your own side is not the same as supporting the other. This thinking, apparently, is beyond the abilities of those who comment at The Hill.
I wouldn't mind in the slightest if Trump pulled a Grover Cleveland. Be pretty cool to be honest.Kinda damning that this is coming from the Hill.
Grover Cleveland also only lost the 1888 election because of fraud.I wouldn't mind in the slightest if Trump pulled a Grover Cleveland. Be pretty cool to be honest.
I'd rather Trump not run and instead go full Kiwi Farmer on the US government.I wouldn't mind in the slightest if Trump pulled a Grover Cleveland. Be pretty cool to be honest.
Congrats on not using Patriot Front.
So I just saw this in the Ukie war thread and ... just what the fuck is this? Is it really normal for US presidents to be fed questions and answers like these?View attachment 3119483
Do you think they're still having the "talk" with him about leaving office after midterms or do they avoid bringing it up out of fear that he'll repeat it?
I would say to a certain point presidents are advised on current matters and presented with options for responses, especially before media events. But in this case, the feeding is more heavy-handed because Biden is the oldest president in America at inauguration time at 78 years old and is more likely to suffer from the typical problems of old age such as moments of forgetfulness and behavioral problems. You can see traces of this whenever Biden goes off-script or absentmindedly does something that forces the staffers to abruptly kick the media/newspeople out of the room.So I just saw this in the Ukie war thread and ... just what the fuck is this? I suspect enough of them knew. That's why he was kept under wraps in 2020I suspect that Biden's party members didn't realize the breadth of that type of problem until after they won the presidency.
Imagine being the fly on the wall in the room where they were discussing which candidate to keep, only to find out they actually went with the dementia riddled patient as their prime choice.I suspect enough of them knew. That's why he was kept under wraps in 2020
This is up there with Newsweek releasing a poll a few days ago that showed Trump up 10 points on Biden...in Nevada.Kinda damning that this is coming from the Hill.
There is probably some truth to that but it is more complex than just a simple "increase their profits".I use a couple of my family members as a gauge of what the next grift is.
