The dress is too small for his man-shoulders, basically. The seam there is sewn shut so it looks like a wrap dress without having to worry about it actually falling open and showing cleavage, but his shoulders are too wide for it to fit right so it's pulling really awkwardly where it's not sewn down. I think I finally figured out why his hair is so greasy. He's trying to do the curly girl method.
