This gives me an idea... offering uterus transplants to trannies, $10,000 a pop. Under the table, of course (keeping you safe from the phobes in government). Show up, get knocked out for a couple hours and wake up with a new non-functional uterus installed, just take some antibiotics for a week or two and you're good.

In reality, all that was done was an incision was made on your abdomen and immediately sewed up, but you could knock out a couple dozen of these a week with virtually no overhead.
