Idk why you'd throw it out, the New Testament gave us the roadmap to the current shit that is going on, with the church more or less paralyzed and impotent to effect change at best and actively contributing to the problem at worst. I will agree that it is a hard section of the Bible to deal with - Turning the other cheek and waiting to let God smite the heathens at judgment is something that tries my patience every day.
God is tired of our shit. There won't be any more smiting etc most likely until the End, which tbh as I've said repeatedly, I feel we are witnessing unfold. In these last days the only mercy shown to mankind at large is that the days are quickened so that the suffering does not feel so prolonged.
Well, in the interest of staying somewhat relevant to the thread, there's another mercy I get to enjoy - Those who harm children and lead them astray (like by trooning them out or raping them) are among the only people singled out in the Bible for harsher punishment.
I wouldn't want to be the child sniffing potato in Chief or his crackhead protege when God starts sifting through the pedos and child groomers.

You raised a couple interesting points I didn't consider. To know the origins of your problems and what your enemies are exploiting, you gotta read and familiarize yourself with all of it, not just the parts you agree with.

I mentioned Children of the Corn because just like it is with gay marriage, troons, MAPS, CRT and BLM, they are the result of an unrecoverable overcorrection. In this case, the leftards are so worried about doing a racism or homophobia, they overcorrected way to much, and the boat's now listing so hard, we're in Poseidon Adventure 2: Electric Boogaloo.

Conversely, one could see how one overcorrection will lead to another in the opposite direction, hence smaller churches going ballz to the walls fire and brimstone. There's too much sinnin' and not enough sacrificin'.

The interpreters seem to me another woke policy to keep otherwise useless people employed. As if they can't submit prepared statements for subtitling or use speech to text technology. Did deaf people not know anything that was going on in the world before TV interpreters?
Did black Americans accomplish literally anything before the civil rights movement?

The answer to both questions, according to libtards, is no.

I thought the blue states would reinforce their state apparatus to keep them perennially blue walls despite their uppity constituents, but this is good news in New York. Instead of 3 GOP seats they would be more like 7 or 8, which puts it in opposite line with a place like FL.
Knew it was coming for a while. Glad to see it.

Who knows? Maybe the judges preteen came home screaming about gender reassignment one day

Nadler's district was egregious even by normal gerrymandering standards, interested to see what they come up with in redistricting.

And let's hope these GOP seats won't be hold by RINOs.

Depends on where you are. Here in AZ, several R bills got signed into law yesterday by Governor Ducey.

No chop-chop for troons until at least 18 years of age.

No abortions after 15 weeks unless medical emergency.

School sports teams must be based on actual biological gender.

And a biggie - you MUST BE a US citizen and prove it in order to vote.

AZ ain't playing that shit. More states need to step up and do the same. Oh, I'm sure there will be some legal challenges, but some GOOD news here for a change!
Now if only Ducey would sign a bill denying the ability for Californian locusts to vote in AZ you might have a chance, especially in Tucson.

Or just put a border wall on the Western side of the state. That'll work too.

not really no; black americans are more feudal by nature. the talented tenth were doing great things irregardless of their skin color, like George Washington Carver who's theories on crop rotation and importation-substitute industrialization meant Tuskegee de-segregated because of how many whites wanted to attend just to learn the best and newest theories on agriculture. But for the most part 90% were left to their suffering. Michelle Obama's parents sat on their hands while the civil rights movement happened, and openly shit on malcolm x and his virginial thugs. to the upper class race was a problem but it also meant that technically they were on top. if everything de-segregates they go from the rich beyond rich to just some colored middle class. like there are niggers who's legacies at Howard go as far back as the Bushes or Kennedys;

most of the blacks were left to struggle while the people that got rich off them just let things get worse and worse. there isn't a lot of money in civil rights after all, OTOH decades of game theory helped people realize wokeness is the new spoils system, you can guarantee a million dollar salary for the son of a 10th generation HBCU grad while getting asspats because he's helping the culture and representing the blacks at his company. People whine about wokeness, but think about how many make work jobs these admins have created for their friends. HR in general is like that, its usually the only part of companies overstaffed, as in 2 employees who's job is to onboard and hire for the dozen jobs that might open at a company in a given year. thats a literal example by the way.

you have to realize the boomer way of thinking doesn't account for stuff that isn't part of the average household, the concept of HR or bureaucracy doesn't make sense to them, nor is the idea of being able to create a job out of thin air. In a time where jobs are vanishing, the ability to create jobs just by shouting nigger tells you how much power there is in this woke cartel.

As a New Yorker this makes me happy.

You know, I never understood the argument as to why ID is not required to vote. You need an ID to do just about anything (drive, buy alcohol, get a job, visit government buildings, etc.), and you can go to the DMV to get an ID even if you're homeless. The ID is typically $50 or less (depending on where you live), but I'm relatively sure that there are non-governmental agencies that will help subsidize the cost of getting an ID. Additionally, the DMV in certain states can give IDs for free if the person meets certain criteria (eg: financial distress, disability).

Verifying people that do mail-in voting would be more complicated, but the most likely (although exceptionally bureaucratic and tedious) solution would probably be requiring the person to show up with a valid ID to a government office. It would cut down on the amount of dead voters.
