So, Jim who happily let his sweetie squad harass Terry into the ground is going to do a fundraiser for this retard? Would be that retard's luck that Jim will drop dead before that stream.

ETA: And, oh look... another "he gonna sue me!" Send money.

Disturbed sleep, woke up earlier than wanted, but just in time to catch arse-end of superchats. First Jimstream I've caught live in I don't know how long - feels good.

Suddenly wonder if it'll be the last.

All the feels.

Fuck man, listing to these guys discover this shit makes me feel old.
I still remember trolling through thousands of geocities sites in 94 and 95 when we got our internet connection, over a measly 9600 baud modem. I mean BBSs before the web were cool, downloading games like EgaTrek and ASCII art. But having to call a specific number and getting stuck on one BBS at a time was very restrictive. Once we connected to the web and were able to use the geocities index, yahoo, lycos and altavista it was a whole new world.

Shit was wild, sites filled with only text and a few thumbnail images that still took too long to download. But it was incredible. Even in those early days you could find all sorts of things you're hard pressed to find now on the web. The only companies with websites were gaming companies like Lucasarts (my favorite at the time) and some IT ones who only wanted to sell a product, not trying to lecture you on "how to be a better person". I really miss those days. Sure shit was simple, rough and very jank. But you could do whatever you wanted without scolds trying to fuck up your life. Looking back I think the 90s were the best of times. And it makes me feel old as well.
