SA and lowtax... haven't thought about that place or person in a while. I used to work with a guy in the mid to late 2000s who would literally not shut up about SA and every day he'd come in to work and just talk about stuff going on in the SA forums. His whole life revolved around it. Basically turned me off from going there ever because I was so sick of hearing about it. Besides, back in those days I was on 4chan mostly since I was a weeb. Interesting to hear that lowtax committed suicide just last year, but from reading about it, it sounds like he was a piece of work with a lot of demons. Also interesting that 4chan and KF here (which I'd never really heard of before finding this thread about vtubers late last year or so) both spawned out of people/threads kicked out of SA a long, long time ago.


Anyway, to bring it back to vtubers, I enjoyed the council swap, IRyS probably did the best with her Kronii impression as the grand finale. I'm not sure what happened with Mumei, but seems like there was a lot of scuff and she just isn't too good at impersonations. I don't think she even made it 10 minutes before she just gave up and ended the stream, which is too bad. Hopefully she doesn't feel bad about it, I think most people just had fun with the whole thing.

Now I'm wondering what Myth will do for their collab tomorrow.

You hear Mumei laugh at the very end so she probably isn't bothered by it. It was very lacking though. Probably should have gone the Sana-Fauna route and just go all in for the opposite. Instead of being hope just be despair nothing but gloomy and debbie downer the whole time.

Enna did an impromptu unarchived English karaoke last night but forgot to unarchive it. Worth watching while you can!


Edit: On a side note. It's taken them nearly a full fucking year but they did genuinely get the greenlight for unarchived English karaoke from yesterday onwards.

Finally we're four months in in this wonderful year. Nice to see (mostly) good news. If some kinda huge drama pops up today it would be the biggest April Fools joke to ever exist. In the Vtuber sphere anyway.

I can't see Subaru without being thrown off by the fact she's literally just her character lol.

Council was pretty amusing, though I admit I sort of wish they included Myth just for how some of those swaps could have turned out. Obviously they have their own thing setup up so I get why. Maybe next year.
Still curious to see what they do and if it's 3d stuff like Armando.

Also this reminds me that early era internet forums were god awful, and I dunno why I ever ended up joining any.
