Maybe I missed it, but can any of the legalkiwis e.g. @AnOminous, @Useful_Mistake shed some light on how long it might be before Path Network is able to obtain a court order forcing the data center where the server is located to hand over the Farms' hard drives? Assuming ofc they're successful in being granted said court order.

Just so we know how long we have to archive everything and/or make other arrangements.

I have no idea because I have no idea what the actual facts of the situation are. If they had a real need for them and could demonstrate the site would be unlikely to comply with a court order (which has no basis in fact), they could have probably already obtained them via an ex parte writ of search and seizure without notification.

As a reasonable person, I have reason to believe beyond reasonable doubt that the alleged "court order" doesn't exist. Furthermore I believe that the legal threats allegedly sent via an attorney were done so without said attorney's knowledge. Is there a specific penalty for impersonating an attorney, or would this be just generalised fraud?

Given how well Null's upstream (and I'm confused here because I thought Path Networks was the upstream?) has handled this, I'd like to think that in the event of any official looking court orders being produced, they'd engage their attorneys to cross-check to ensure a court order actually exists.
