Had some downtime at work, and somehow made it through that with minimal skipping when the cackling became too much to bear.
They start the first segment sarcastically reading off uncredited comments skimmed from wherever or conjured from thin air to give some big brain takes in response.
"Their idea of a victim is someone who can never laugh again." They high five about how they laugh about and through everything unpleasant whether surgery or being harassed.
"The police, who regularly ignore rape victims." Some vague claim about cops not taking rape seriously until the 1980s. Because one of them was allegedly raped as a teen didn't solve the crime, this alleged sex crime wasn't worth taking to the police.
"Real victims would not have been nice to the person who victimized them later. We can't be real victims because we took pictures with Vic at conventions". Monica says Ron pointed out that this isn't the same as going on vacation together.
"We can't be real victims because good Christian men would never do things like that. BARF (cackling). What is more dangerous than a Christian man?" A bunch of idiotic takes on Christianity through history and a failure to understand the most basic tenets of the religion.
"We can't be real victims because we don't speak up about all people that are ever accused of anything ever. If we were real victims all the harassment and doxxing and death threats that were campaigns to silence us would have taught us to speak up for everything. Apparently that is like we are hypocrites because we only speak up about our experience."
First question at 18:00, talking about the pictures taken of their lines and Vic's lines and how it is all a big deception. Not really a question, just a simp lobbing a softball. "If Vic's lines are longer than ours then that's great, because he owes us lot of money (cackling)". This is said right after they call all of this high school level immature bullshit, followed by saying Vic's lines are not actually long and then finally that conventions are not about lines.
"These people taking pictures of our lines are literally stalking us." followed by, "They're taking pictures when we're not at the table."
Some hippy dippy bullshit about how the world would be a better place if everyone could have a life changing cathartic experience in convention lines, and they are just lucky to be there. Claims about not wanting fame. Which is exactly what you do when you launch a vanity podcast. Followed by gloating and cackling about the money coming their way that they can use to take vacations. On and on it goes like this, with some name dropping anecdotes.
Second question at 24:55. Asking if they were aware of Funimations "Vic Locks". They said everyone was aware. Some asinine story about the single stall bathrooms at Funimation and how it was gross that the guys used the women's room but they both used the men's and that was totally fine because tee-hee. These were in a separate part of the building that was locked under badge access and supposedly Vic was told not to go there/was later barred from accessing it. More storytelling about bad smelling shits and people taking long bathroom breaks.
Third question at 28:18. Some deranged furry or something asking what creature they are. Retarded answers from the hens.
Fourth question at 30:00. Regarding Monica's ideal safe workspace mentioned in her deposition, what has changed since Vic left. Monica says Sony has made a huge difference but can't really talk about it or name any changes. Also the pandemic happened so she hasn't been there. Marchi says she just wants to work in a place where someone doesn't grab a fistful of her hair.
Fifth "question" at 31:04 from Ron. Ron sent in a bunch of stuff from Vic's deposition regarding Vic saying he expected to be on probation after the initial complaint not to be terminated. They read it aloud in a mocking dramatic tone. Remark that Vic's words sound like Trump. Turns into a rant about people saying things on Twitter. At 36:40 Marchi starts speaking so slowly with so much dead air I wondered if the 2x playback got rolled back to 1x.
Sixth question at 37:30. Asking if it really was just the jellybean incident that got him fired (Monica growling). Angry youtubers and their misinformation agenda. Monica says she was told the Jellybean story was enough even though she had more. Jamie says she never had any direct contact with Funimation, she sent an email about it and never got anything back. Talking vaguely about the alleged accounts from other women who didn't come forward. Reiterating they have many more sworn affidavits that will come out if the lawsuit continues. They are "pretty intense".
Seventh question at 46:05 from "the good Chuck". How hard was it to remain professional while having a booth next to Vic's before the lawsuit? Bitching about how conventions don't treat them like royalty. Jamie saying she remembers Monica's line was longer - because that doesn't matter and it's high school bullshit. Galaxy brain ruminating about how Vic strategizes to keep his line always longer. They keep short lines because they care about their fans more. Monica mothers her fans.
Eighth question at 55:11. They lost count and called this one seventh, tee-hee. Were the accusations attempts to derail Vic's promotion as he suggests? "Clarification. He was a contract director." Monica claims she said they should give him a chance. She said she would play the game. Claim they don't care if someone else is going to get a directing gig. Cackling that it makes no sense because they aren't going after all directors.
Follow-up from the same simp about Stan claiming it was borne out of jealousy. Engage super smug tones. "Seriously though, who uh, is that guy?" Claims Stan is obsessed with them. Very Regina George-like deflecting saying his opinions don't matter because he's nobody. Monica talking more about how she can draw a picture of the hotel. Saying she can't be jealous because she wasn't vying for male roles, and she had more credits than Vic to begin with. Monica says everyone misrepresented what happened in the deposition regarding the box art because everyone listens to three youtubers who yell over the important parts. She says it was responding to why she thinks Vic has more power in the industry. She doesn't care about credits and box art she was just responding to the question. Chimping about Ty Beard and his failures with submitting paperwork. Rambling cackling about men not knowing what women are thinking.
Last one: has your career been impacted negatively by all this? They say no, it has honestly expanded their fandoms. Jamie says some people were afraid of working with them because they'd be immediately doxxed. And that will still happen. They are here because they feel the storm is over.
Ninth question at 1:15:05. If this had happened to any other VA, I don't think it would have been so strong a response. Why was there such a hostile response to this?
Something about Jamie drinking and tweeting. Some anonymous mysterious shadow person warned them there would be consequences if they went forward and tried to get them to release false retractions, so they knew from the beginning this would happen - but not to this extent. Say Vic has a totally different audience now. These fans used to make fun of him, and they're all dudes. Claims Vic has been using burner accounts to dismiss and obscure claims for years. He only attacked them and not other victims because Monica and Jaime for clout and their big fanbases (but they're totally nobodies as they say earlier). Refer to his fanclub as a cult. Encouraging listeners to read Vic's deposition on their website. Talking about Vic and Specht, reading that segment of the deposition in those insufferable tones. Painting Vic as a serial liar. Saying Vic's new fans don't care about the truth. Moralizing and ranting about cheating, simping for Specht.
Tenth question at 1:26:00. Is there any truth that there's VAs and industry folks that support Vic? No. It's only right-wing racists. And angry youtubers who don't want the truth, they only care about the grift.
Eleventh question at 1:28:25. Are there VAs who support Vic that are afraid to come forward out of fear of being ostracized? (read in a mocking dramatic tone). As far as they can tell the two people who supported him are still working. But their supporters are harassed and doxxed.
Twelfth question at 1:29:50. Do you think Vic spoils his fans to where their behavior becomes toxic? They don't think he spoils them, he harasses them. He respects women enough to cheat on them. No one knows him as a human, they know him as the supposed good Christian man. They do what he asks and harasses Monica and Jamie. Remember his fans call him the Fuhrer. His fanbase is organized like a cult. You have to earn the right to speak to him. People who are in a cult never believe they are in a cult. Long winded plea to Vic fans about getting out of the cult and that he doesn't care about you.
Thirteenth question at 1:35:50. KF shoutout. As a former police officer I never doubted any of your stories. Did any Twitter, Facebook, or Kiwifarms ever change their harassment policies? What changes would you like to see to make them harder for trolls? Monica says she'll never come here because any site that prides itself on making people commit suicide is disgusting. She won't read a screenshot or anything. They say KF insults the fruit. She says Instagram and TikTok have gotten better allowing you to block certain words. She likes that Instagram allows you to restrict comments and block linked accounts now. She says Twitter is a garbage pile but continues to post. She wishes all social media required ID to sign up. Jamie wishes all Twitter accounts were verified. Rambling about Russian misinformation.
Fourteenth question at 1:40:35. From Monica Vulvatron/ Jimmy. "Hi fat raggedy bitches Ogre Jamie, Monica the conniving backstabber, Ron Big Cock/Cuck Soye and Tyrone. If Vic was already getting fired why turn the community against him, you already got what you wanted?" Jamie asks who Tyrone is, Monica says it's a weird racist thing. Reiterating the podcast is about their experience. It involves Vic, but the podcast is not about him. They have lives outside of Vic. Rambling about how harassment happens to every woman in every industry and this is all about empowering them. Monica says people like Jimmy are why they continue to tweet and why they spoke up.
Monica says they didn't want him fired, they wanted him to get help. This all happened because of the angry youtubers who got the community involved. Things could have been different if he had sincerely apologized and gone to therapy. Monica says Vic was about to do "the thing" and then the youtubers and lawyer showed up and wrecked everything. "Go touch grass".
Final thoughts. Kindergartners understand not touching, why does a senior citizen not get it? If you say I guess no one can show affection you are a creeper creep from creeptown. Why do Vic's supposed supporters cover their podcast and not Vic? We don't need clout, we are literally spending our money to make this podcast and we make no money and we aren't in it for clout. You're welcome for all this content. You should give Vic money to pay what he owes us. He's gonna need that money. Proselytizing to people who listen to angry youtubers about being happy in life instead of lining the pockets of angry youtubers. Why not be a voice of positivity? Cheer Vic on instead of bashing them. Anyone who hates them has something sad in their heart.
Outtake at the end is Monica saying Ron came to the door and scared the shit out of her.
What fucking dregs of humanity actually enjoy being subjected to such rambling smugness for two goddamned hours. Fucking brain me.
