Anyone have any idea who this is?
She has Mikarin and Canan in her guestlist.

Mikarin* is Marine and hasn't been active in that account for a while now while Canan is Noel of course.

So this is Canan's guest mikarin, who indeed would be Marine

After a bit of sleuthing, I have nothing I can find on this girl except that she is a friend of Mikarin/Marine.
The one on the left is krrnbot/くるる甲子園, the one on the right is Mikarin/Marine. If anyone speaks moonrunes, they can find the context of the picture here.

Well looks like Pippa is working on fixing the issues right now for tomorrow.

To be honest getting/having internet in America is such a bullshit thing with throttling and costs. Maybe I got spoiled with how it was done and ran in Japan and Korea when I was there, but what can I say other than
Dealing with ISPs are a bitch, so good luck to her. My assumption is she's probably got the same problem that Elira had, which was really aged infrastructure/wiring. Don't know if any of you guys remember, but her internet was tanking around August last year. Turns out, the copper in her area was from the 1970's, and was just disintegrating. They had to change out all the major cabling to her home before it got fixed.

The most likely answer to her problem is switch ISPs and grab some Fiber, which should theoretically have the latest and greatest infrastructure. Even consider switching to business class internet.

One thing I wonder if Cover (and maybe ninji) will start doing is getting monetization before debut. They upload one or two short clips of the talents to Twitter before the debut already.

I don't think it would be that hard to hit those requirements with a couple teaser videos (even if silent) on YouTube and get superchats enabled for the debut stream.

Some people might find it scummy, but it will probably be extremely profitable. And it gives a very nice cash injection to the new streamers. Only issue is having situations like Kanata where they get unnecessarily delayed and you might have some streamers get superchats during debut, but not others. I would hope Cover has something worked out with Google by now but that is probably overly optimistic.

--------
Also, rip to the Pippa April fools stream.
I don't think it would be a great idea to be pre monetized going into your debut, even with streaming experience there is a lot of stress jumping into a new prebuilt fanbase that may be quite a bit larger than wherever you came from. Having superchats thrown at you the moment you start and are trying to show off your personality and talents seems like it would just mess up you focus, not to mention all the dumb ara ara, hi honey, and other shit that will come at you anyway is harder to ignore if there coming in as superchats. Also whoever goes first in a new generation/wave is gonna get a little shafted since a lot of people will go but what if the next one is better, and then the last person gets the benefit of everyone holding off. Not having monetization at debut but getting it super early seems best.

God damn over using filters, I would have guessed those were at least three different people, and can't tell what she actually looks like.

Myth just hits different. No comparison.
Myth, Watame, Korone and Coco/Kson are some of the irreplaceable ones. They are absurdly iconic, to the point I find myself feeling like an asshole for thinking Korone should be the face of Hololive instead of Sora, I respect her but they owe a lot to Korone in making the brand what it is!

I didn't think twister was gonna work in VRchat.

I was right, but somehow it's actually better this way.
The models are all made by a single guy as far as I am aware, and as far as I know they were adapted for motion tracking and not tailor made for it. Considering the circumstances, they are very, very good, just like the Walfie models!
Hi Karen! I really like your music.
I know she probably means /vt/ but whatever.
I don't really like Rap, but I make an exception for her. The swinglike singles are really fucking good!

The QRTs to this :lit:
I was literally in the process of writing up my post when you replied with this lol.

Let's have some fun and browse through Karen's QRTs, and compare them with the bios!

I'm not even trying guys, I fucking swear. All of them are some flavour of alphabet soup.

EDIT: Here is a supercut of some more of the obviously well adjusted, completely normal individuals that are shitting on Karen for such outrageous takes as "I don't need to be black to make rap music."

Were Karen's civics videos on her Karen Cannali channel archived? I think she deleted the channel. Can't find it.

Nevermind that, these people do realize that Calli is a Jrap artist, right? Completely different styles from popular American rap.

What's the hip zoomer speak for getting reverse ratio'd or whatever? Because these Slaanesh worshippers thought they had something going, and they just ended up buried in the replies.

How is it that this thread hasn't been sperging or even really seeing any posts about the ironmouse/baelz talk show collab going now?

I'm just tuning into it myself but it seems kinda chill, maybe a bit slow but I don't know how long it's been going. They're weebing out about anime right now.
They've been going through a bunch of topics like Baerys, debut cringe, Club Penguin chill vibes, super-strong Cuban coffees, etc.
Shit's cute as hell, but I'm gonna switch to Smol Ame's meme review.

i like how hip zoomers think rap is only for black people when im very sure 99% of rap is more based about being a poorfag or in a shit neighborhood than necesarily being black
Yeah, rap is immensely popular, both to listen to and to create, in Eastern Europe where everyone's poor, miserable, and within 10 kilometers of an active minefield at any moment.

Twitch is the devil. Sorry
