Culture Disney's all-hands meeting about Florida's anti-grooming bill has leaked - Spoiler: It's exactly what you'd expect

I've obtained video from inside Disney's all-hands meeting about the Florida parental rights bill, in which executive producer Latoya Raveneau says her team has implemented a "not-at-all-secret gay agenda" and is regularly "adding queerness" to children's programming. Source (Archive)

Disney corporate president Karey Burke says, "as the mother [of] one transgender child and one pansexual child," she supports having "many, many, many LGBTQIA characters in our stories" and wants a minimum of 50 percent of characters to be LGBTQIA and racial minorities. Source (Archive)

Disney production coordinator Allen March says his team is committed to "exploring queer stories" and has created a "tracker" to make sure they are creating enough "gender nonconforming characters," "canonical trans characters," and "canonical bisexual characters." Source (Archive)

Disney diversity and inclusion manager Vivian Ware says the company has eliminated all mentions of "ladies," "gentlemen," "boys," and "girls" in its theme parks in order to create "that magical moment" for children who do not identify with traditional gender roles. Source (Archive)

Disney's activism partner Nadine Smith of Equality Florida tells LGBTQ employees that Governor Ron DeStantis and Christina Pushaw want to "erase you, "criminalize your existence," and "take your kids"—a wild conspiracy theory that Republicans want to kidnap gay people's children. Source (Archive)

Edit 4/7/22:

Some more clips from the all hands have leaked:

Disney has adopted a benefits program to assist employees and their minor children with "gender affirmation procedures." This type of treatment typically includes puberty blockers, breast removal, and genital surgeries for "kids who are transitioning." Source (Archive)

Disney executive producer Latoya Raveneau says she identifies as a "bi-romantic asexual" and that she wants to "use [her] content" at Disney to educate children about "the pockets of the LGBTQ community that you don't see," such as the asexual community. Source (Archive)

Disney corporate president Karey Burke, the "mother of two queer children," says the company has been "targeting Gen Z and millennials" with LGBTQIA+ "inclusion" content. Her son told her that "Gen Z is 30-40% queerer" and that Disney "better get with it." Source (Archive)

Katie Barnes, a "black, queer, and trans" they/them, told her Disney colleagues that "holding the company accountable means unpacking [her] own pain." This is a textbook example of how identity activists use the rhetoric of "trauma" as a tool for emotional manipulation. Source (Archive)

Disney CEO Bob Chapek grovels, apologizes, and pledges to "be a better ally for the LGBTQ+ community." He delegated the company's moral authority to the "LGBTQIA+ Advisory Council" and now those internal activists have taken him as an ideological hostage. Source (Archive)

the diversity hires need something to do. They are given busy work in terms of making sure the company culture is pure. Then people start falling over themselves to show their purity. Of course no one will ever say "whelp we did it things are good" because that would end the purity HR busy work people's job.
This is true, but the trouble is that these people get VP titles and even the C-Suite is afraid of HR. So, when VP of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goes to their monthly management meetings, reports that the company is doing a bad job at this and suggests a plan to hire more incompetent gayniggers, there is no socially acceptable reason for someone to argue back, and now that the COO has heard about the "problem", he can't help but agree with the proposed solution.

This is how companies get infected: it isn't because the contagion is so compelling; it's because the auto-immune response that should correct course is unable to act as it normally would when someone is suggesting something that is bad for the company.

As soon as you let a single one of these people into a position of power, or even a position that can speak directly with power, you are cooked.
Never let evil take root. Faggotry should always be kept in the closet
Full stop. America's biggest mistake was letting a bunch of degenerate faggot kikes poison the minds of the nation's children from their high castle in Hollywood... that and ceding the education of our children to a bunch of communists. It took 30 years for it to pay off, but we underestimated the impact of giving your children to these demons 6 1/2 hours a day for 13 years and then sending their mothers off to work to minimize the amount of time parents could interact with their children.

Funny how Hollywood, Academia and first wave feminists are all the same types of people...almost as if this long con was planned or something...

Interesting article from a Disney Imagineer basically saying that most of the technical side of the company don't give a fuck about all this shit and are just as fed up with it as the rest of us.
In less than two weeks’ time, the company had moved from principled neutrality to open advocacy. This new messaging, intended to mollify the company’s internal critics, accelerated Disney’s meltdown instead. “Brave Space Conversations” are now held at regular intervals—an absurd euphemism for struggle sessions designed to allow activists to vent their frustrations while drowning out dissenting voices. All regularly scheduled company meetings are cancelled to make room for these meetings, and park leadership opens the floor to hours-long performative recitations of grievances by hand-picked cast members. They conclude with grandiose statements about inclusion and fairness and understanding pain and listening, but not a single nonconforming viewpoint is heard, either from those who support the bill or those who think Disney has no business getting involved in this dispute in the first place.
"All voices must be heard - except those who disagree with us, in which case, get the fuck out, you goddamn Nazi!"

ETA: Just read this:
Listening and seeing is restricted to the approved narratives, and even excludes those LGBT cast members who support the Florida legislation. I know many of them personally, and nearly without exception, they are all parents.
Real big thunk.
Another ETA:
I have been personally involved in no less than five projects that had their creative visions dimmed by the dictates of profoundly uncreative DEI functionaries: Replace that Christmas song, it’s too Christian. Don’t “culturally appropriate” that visual design, we don’t have a member of that ethnicity on the project team. Send this script to a “sensitivity reader,” the voice is too male. Remove “ladies and gentleman, boys and girls” from all park announcements, it reinforces the gender binary.
Damn, the pozzing is deeper than I thought.

Well it's been found through marketing research, Women are easier to propagandize than Men, and that Children are easier to propagandize than Women. So what's the ideal marketing/propaganda vector? Children, the earlier you start, the better. You can mold them into the ideal consumer or sex slave. Therefore you need access to them. Pedophilia is too obvious. But transsexualism is a nice wedge issue, that can enable you access to children, and at the same time erode the taboo of child adult relationships.
And women - easily propagandized, and *trusted around children* like it or not by default - are being used to deliver the virus to kids. It’s majority mothers and female teachers doing this shit.

I for one am not shocked people with navel-gazing degrees don't make good impressions on actual engineers who have probably had their wiring diagrams sent back to them by HR with a stern rebuke to use more inclusive wire colors.

The Hays Code was a good thing. It was self regulation of an already corrupting and corrupt industry, but better than nothing.

Lol the irony of saying that while posting on kiwifarms whose whole ethos is "Free speech"

I would even say you give entertainment too much credit. When the "creatives" cant hack it they fall back on SJW blame the audience for not seeing the movie.

Don´t worry, that´ll never going to happen. What, the authorities should suddenly be against the alphabet people molesting their kids. That´ll be the day.

But nice projection, sheboon crazy bitch. all the while you disgusting and reprehensible people are actively grooming a whole generation of kids with screens across the fucking globe. This is not going to end in Minecraft, and for these people it will never, ever be enough.
She is reprehensible, also:

Quite the tiny shithole for a demonic cunt that sold her soul. Apparently she stays in Tallahassee while engaging in her whoring lobbying.

Stiffling creative freedom to own the troons
Creative freedom hasn't resulted in Hollyweird doing too much in recent years. Every other movie seems to have the girl boss and magic negro stock characters. Censorship can make an artist creative, putting his message in a clever coded manner.

I piss on irony and intellectual consistency . If the girl boss, slobby genius nerd, hyper high achieving ethnic and other stocks were somehow banned in some magical what if scenario, it might force them to think, perhaps make good movies again. The post Hays Code era did possibly lead to an outburst of creativity, say Taxidriver or Bonnie and Clyde (whatever's the classics), but followed by near decades of rubbish upon rubbish.

If our overlords want to satiate us mouthbreathers (and distract us from their thing) maybe they could create a special DIsney prison for all the perverts it employs. It has quite an array of child stars who all showed characteristics associated with child abuse victims.

Censorship has always been an integral part of the media machine. The Hays Code was made at a time of normie religious moral outrage when masculine displays of authority were respected. When conditions changed post WW2 and degeneracy set in, resistance against stuffed-shirt authority was the new fad and the normies of the time ate it up. The Hays Code crumbled in the late 60s. Now that the Left is in control and has become everything it has claimed to hate, it can't go full right-wing style authoritarian, but has to use soft power to ban its enemies. It has to seed media companies with its cronies and use collusion and appeals to its moral authority (and SCIENCE!) to control what sort of subjects are portrayed and which are barred.

TL;DR: Bigshots, activists and politicians have known since the days of Edward Bernays that popular media is a powerful means of shaping people's ideas and feeding them a narrative. Freedom and creativity are an illusion for most people, and if you don't make media that follows the line of the dominant social/political party, it will get buried or banned by TPTB.

I agree in a sense and disagree in another. I don't like censorship and stifling creativity, but at the same I'm all for shutting down idiocy like this. On the other hand, while I'm personally in favor of having a higher standard of morality, the Hays Code went a little overboard in some areas. I wouldn't have zombie movies with objectively good heroes fighting off the undead violently if it was in place. Plus by the 60s it was already getting subverted anyway as Hollywood got more and more cultish and communistic. It didn't work in the end.
