It took some checking but I found the surgeon Phil has an appointment with and I made sure that the doctor will sew on several additional testicles behind Phil's original set.

If Phil has done even half the stuff he's claimed he's done (ie: talked to the hospital about kiwifarms and told them he wants "tight security") then he definitely isn't getting the surgery because Phil would have let the crazy show. I would kill to be at the police station that day Phil came in/called in and stated he wanted a motorcycle police parade for protection...or that he wanted a squad to sit around the hospital doing checks as people come and go.

Just got off the phone then and she told me Phil is basically blacklisted by all the reputable reassignment doctors in Cali now. She convinced her boss to send out an email that had links and info about Phil along with some screen caps of stuff he's posted on Facebook to EVERY person in his business address book. Long story short: Phil is now considered a risk so no one in California will consider performing surgery on him.
Aside from all she said he's be calling a specific clinic who has been leading him along. She's going to make sure his appointment in Feb next year "magically" disappears before then though.
