Pebble ice (I think that's the name) probably. Small ice so it chills down the drink very cold, more ice can fit and you get more surface area. When it's always hot outside it's nice. Plus it's easier to chew on.

Pippa also seems to not care about the dox. Part of that was her spending time in the Pacific Northwest, if I remember correctly.
