Honestly, I had no idea who the fuck Monica Rial was before the Vic thing. I didn't really know who the other people involved in it were. I mean, I knew who Vic was, but this is mostly because I don't follow American VAs as autistically as I do the Japanese.

Laura Bailey got her start in voice acting at Funimation before moving to Los Angeles. It’s almost like the more successful/well-respected VAs don’t stay exclusively at Funimation forever.

These voice actors would really hate Leiji Matsumoto for proving them wrong because he writes his ladies with respect and makes them strong without sacrificing femininity.

Jesus Christ, this can't be real. I know it is but I don't want to believe. I know they showed season one on adult swim so I guess this is why they didn't show season two. Please tell me this hasn't be renewed for a third season even if you have to lie to me. How can anyone be proud of this? Even a train wreck looks good in comparison.

Speaking of classics.... They're remaking the first Harem, first Monster Girl, and first Magical Girlfriend anime, Urusei Yatsura.
One of the Ranma 1/2 / Inuyasha lady's best, it's about an unrepentant pervert horndogging over literally every female in the galaxy while his fiancée, an alien princess based on a Japanese Oni, electrocutes the SHIT out of him whenever she catches him with another woman. Fanservice is blatant and unrepentant the entire way -- the alien girl, for example, runs around in a Leopard Print Bikini the entire series.
It's an absolutely insane series, a lot of fun, and... They're remaking it. And they're not fucking with the fanservice for 2022:
The Inuyasha sequel, "Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon," was grabbed up by Funimation, so I have no doubt they're gonna grab this one up too. No idea if they messed up Yashahime -- didn't see any of the usual suspects involved, which is odd, would think Marchi and Rial would have parts on that -- but I wager Marchi and Rial and the crew are just salivating at the chance of fucking up UY.

The hell is a "professional volunteer"? Besides experience, what sets apart a professional and/or expert volunteer from anyone else? It doesn't take a phd to the things they do, and I'm sure Vic has plenty of volunteer experience under his belt. If Vic is a sexual predator like they claim he is, how did he manage to go on a trip so close to a warzone? Europe does have travel restrictions for certain criminals last time I checked. He'd have to find a trip that avoids the UK since they wont allow him to set foot there if he a record like these people claim at the very least.
