Agreed with this. There's a contingent of SJW's that think that "white people" profiting off things that were created by "BIPOC" is enough to be racist. There's been a concerted effort to relabel racism from "Judgements based on skin color" to "Power + Privilege" as a means to make it so minorities can never be 'racist' to white people "because they don't have power". This is part of it in action.

This is standard "Japanese companies doing Japanese things" bullshit. They have it in their mind "We are Cover Corp, and we do 3D debuts in a very specific manner". Which, as @Serbian Peacekeepers points out, requires a talent to take a multi thousand dollar trip to Japan in order to accomplish.

Hell, look how beloved the totally scuffed but 100% charming 3D collabs have been. The one year collab, the Halloween collab, the Christmas collab, both Dance Studio collabs, and the April Fools collab. Every single one would be considered in the top memories for HoloEN so far.

Japanese corporate arrogance fucking over foreign viewers once again. They "need" to do it a certain way. And that causes everything to be unnecessarily dragged out.

They can stick it up to Cover by making it more interesting than the so call “official 3D debut” or silent protest by bringing back their old identity back online (only Gura pulled filthy Frank so far). Considered Uproar is just mediocre ESL nips and they think that they only some HoloEN who’s willing to collab with stars to get those stars up is just wishful thinking. They still haven’t figure out how the Stars get filtered hard by language. If they want to go ESL way then at least get some actual ESL like IRyS (I guess that’s too much to ask for their medieval mindset).

Updates from the Calli Birthday stream:
- Calli chastising chat a bit for expecting all of Holo to be BFFs with each other
- She and Mel happened to be at the same event and they bonded over that, Mel super cute IRL confirmed
- Suisei likes copying Calli's weird movements, very much a "go with the flow" kind of person
- For some reason her hair disappears when looking through the sheer sleeves

Even though I was there for all of them some of these do surprise me looking back at it. Mainly how quickly Haachama, Noel and Matsuri got there, and how long it took Miko and Subaru in comparison to those. Haachama and Ame getting to one mill a day from each other is cute though.

She is the official VA for Marin in My Dress up Darling, Ai Hayasaki (the blonde) in Love is War, and apparently Velzerad in that Slime Isekai. She isn't that small of a fish to be just an orbiter of the Bao group.

Edit: I'll be honest and say I'm biased as I've been following AmaLee's music for years now, well before VTubing was a thing. She's been a streamer for 15 years I think at this point.

Her Dice twitter made mention that she's planning on doing a full tour beyond the Hawaii show, but only hinted at it being an NA tour. The Europe visit might be before or after the NA tour proper, we don't really know. She hasn't mentioned anything about Europe as DDK.
