Rinoa isn't even the best in game. The argument can come down to Rinoa, Quistis or Selphie. Rinoa is just a Commie larper essentially. Doing what she does because "fuck you dad." While Quistis and Selphie do it out of duty as SeeDs. Quistis has those motherly MILF vibes, even though she is the same age as everyone and not a mother, while Selphie is the fun loving happy girl who wants to do the best for her friends, and can be hyper at times. Although seemingly able to control it when need be. Depending on preference, the answer obviously comes down to Selphie or Quistis. Both good choices.

It's kinda funny to me that he's such a fan of Rinoa because I think she was written to appeal more to a male audience. She's a huge damsel in distress character, with multiple plot elements basically boiling down to "Rinoa is hopeless, gets kidnapped and needs to be saved by Squall." She largely exists to make Squall look good and feel heroic, and by extension, the player. So with that in mind, it's not surprising it appeals so much to John.

I would once again like to point out that it's been over a year since the last video was posted to the RebellionPAC Youtube channel, as well as since the last updates were posted to the PAC's Facebook, Twitter, and website. I would also like to point out that, to my knowledge, none of the candidates RebellionPAC supported actually won their elections.
