Jaron Seth Bloshinsky / Jazz Jennings / I Am Jazz - Puberty Blockers: Not Even Once

Not to mention English is widely regarded by the rest of the world as the most difficult language to learn.
At least in Spanish, for instance, you've got asiento which means "seat", which easily translates over to siéntate which means "have a seat", or their equivalent of "sit down". In english you've got a chair , which is a seat. You can take a seat, but once you do that you're sitting, which is a completely unrelated word. tl;dr english is confusing and as a fluent speaker I still can't make sense of it sometimes.

Anyway, I think it's pretty weird that no one has bothered to mention to Jazz that they shouldn't sit with their legs open like that while wearing a dress. But also I feel like they have one of those complexes where even making small corrections like that would be the end of the world as far as they're concerned, so maybe no one has the energy to bring it up.
Fat women also sit with their legs spread because the fat on their thighs and the gunt make it hard to close their legs.

He can cross his legs at the ankles, or push his fat thighs together and push his knees sideways. Unless you are retarded, by a certain age you know not to show off your underwear. (By certain ages you might, but that’s a different story.). Moms don’t have to teach girls how to be women in most instances-the girls pay attention to moms (sisters and peer groups too) and learn by osmosis. Sure, mom might teach you to shave legs or how to manage a period, tell you what makeup you can wear at what age, (after the kid has had years of watching her put her own on) but so many things that women do-like sitting, are just unspoken.

Interesting that Jazz didn’t seem to pay attention to his mother or other females. His sister wouldn’t let Sander jump on her for piggyback. Jaron still does things in masculine ways, because even though he was supposed to be a girl, he paid more attention to his brothers.

Agreed, I think Jazz would have been much happier at a college or training centre that focusses on arts and crafts. He really seems to like doing artsy things, he was happy and confident doing his tie dye shirts. But instead he gets pushed into book learning, which is not for him at all.

I think Art Therapy would be a good field of study for Jazz. He seems to like crafty stuff, and helping others. He's demonstrated so few actual interests, but I think Art Therapy would be great fit.

He would need a higher level (or any level) of emotional intelligence in order to guide people who are in need. I know we all feel sorry for Jazz, and with good reason, but he's an extremely self-absorbed, emotionally stunted man in a dress with an eating disorder who takes a dozen pills a day. No vulnerable person should be in his care, even if only for 30 minutes before Group.

Jazz needs to stop doing that pose. Hands on your waist with the elbows behind are meant to make you look more curvy, hide your waist, and push your boobs on front because it creates a line on your back that gives your frame more shape:

But that doesn't work on Jazz because his body is monstrous. He also looks ridiculous trying to do a "sexy" pose.

It's not that hard, but words that sound similar tend to confuse your brain.

Have you seen his gunt?
Yes.

And I also seen the deathfats and Avocado happily stuffing his face when one of his neighbors was screaming in the background.

My point is, while he probably can't see his feet, he still has it easy.

Interesting that Jazz didn’t seem to pay attention to his mother or other females.
Part of this comes from when he was homeschooled after being bullied and the other half is from everyone being nice to him. I think it's mostly from his mind aging slower than we'd expect, since he doesn't seem to be embarrassed about how other people see him. Well not as much as normal people would.

At least he normally doesn't wear anything revealing, though.
The lack of self awareness of this family is unreal. I'm just an old suburban white woman, the epitome of not cool, but that hiking video is so cringe inducing that I can hardly watch.
An part of me thinks that some of them already know that they're an stereotype, but they're playing it up for the cameras.

He only "homeschooled" (or rather attended online, which isn't the same thing) his junior and senior years in high school, as I recall. He wasn't being "bullied," but found it uncomfortable to not fit in with his girlfriends anymore and to not have any boyfriends -- or just to not have any friends. And he was already sitting "like a girl" when he was 3 and 4, so somewhere along the line he "unlearned" it or his DNA took over or he just started not to give a damn.

Not to get all biotruths, but men and women's hips don't work the same way. Men naturally tend to spread their legs apart when not thinking about it, it's a normal rest position. It's certainly not impossible for men to sit crosslegged or anything, but it's literally more of a stress position for men than it is for women.

It's just another way basic biology doesn't disappear with hormones and amputations. Jazz is just reverting to sitting in a typical male way, despite not wearing the clothes for that.

But the problem is that he isn't that fat. Sure, he's on the road to being an landwhale; but he isn't really suffering from it, that much.
Yes, he is. His stomach is bigger than a pregnant woman's and pushes his tits up when he sits down. The bottom of his stomach probably sits on his legs when he is sitting as well.
