Funny, though. I can't find the family saying he has Marfan's, just "very rare disorders" and it was a combination of complications from these that killed him. Sierra is the one who name-dropped Marfan's along with SCID (Severe Combined Immunodeficiency). Sierra said he received human immunoglobulin for SCID which washes. The only medication I can find on the memorial page is Xyrem, for narcolepsy, which might have played a part in his death due to the high sodium content.



I don't know what, if any of this, is lies. She's not mentioned in his obit or anywhere on the memorial page. He doesn't have a proper newspaper obituary, just the a memorial on facebook, a blog post (archive), a dead youcaring, and a wikipedia obit (archive). Not that I'm saying he's not dead but there's not a "he is survived by his fiance Sierra Wier and his parents Mr and Mrs Gorman" or anything like that I can reference.

Edit: I'm retarded, the wiki obit mentions Marfan's and SCID. If any part of this is a lie it's that they were engaged.

I never watched the Boyce interviews but on her own videos she talked about lesbians having failed relationships with men and insinuated hard that that included her. She's since talked about how she dated several effeminate men. I never had the impression she was trying to be "gold star" or even cared about such things, just that she was not interested in sex with men and didn't enjoy it when she tried.

She had at least two long-term relationships with males if we accept that Kevin was really engaged to her. The other was a very swishy guy named Justin who I thought was FTM at first lol.

It looks like the Marfan's donation story actually checks out. His obit mentions he had Marfan's and I've found a bunch of articles about how organs from Marfan's patients are being successfully transplanted. From a few guidelines I browsed it looks like if he didn't have cardiac and blood vessel involvement then it was fine to transplant from him.

Sierra's socials are a dead end but Kevin's are preserved and he posted publicly about his health issues. I will say that he had an improbable number of extremely rare diseases. Marfan's and Congenital Contractural Arachnodactyl are two CT disorders that affect different genes (Fibrillin-1 and Fibrillin-2 respectively) so while it's technically possible to have both it is astro-fucking-nomically improbable and would cause a shitload of extreme health problems. You can find journal entries where babies who had both were born quite visibly fucked and died shortly thereafter because yanno... you need healthy connective tissue for your organs to work. If he was also claiming EDS then that's three different CT disorders all caused by gene mutations to different genes, with overlapping symptoms. Erythema multiforma is a skin disease related to medications, collagen disorders, vasculitis, etc. Oxycodone for GI issues... he complained about SIBO and made some remarks that sounded like gastroparesis fishing, but both of those would be worsened by oxy.


He did not have an aortic aneurysm.


He did have a spinal fusion.

Also claimed narcolepsy and got Xyrem for it. Xyrem is prescription GHB, a sedative that os probably best known as a date rape drug. Several munchies I've documented get it for alleged narcolepsy. Both opiates and Xyrem are going to depress your CNS and respiratory system. He also posted about benzos. Now remember that he died peacefully in his sleep and his family specifically mentioned Xyrem as part of the cause.


Also took dexedrine, aka dextroamphetamine and later concerta. My guess is a little polypharmacy made him take a forever nap and that's why they were so vague on the actual cause of death. Why the fuck can't you fill a normal prescription at a pharmacy?


He was also maybe getting drugs he should not have been getting through shady pharmacies. He talks about trying to WU money to India and about how to stay safe when taking drugs that aren't your prescription/come from shady suppliers. In this case he's looking for something not approved in the US for the rash but then says capsaicin and heat fixes it. So. Use capsaicin and heat?

I have documented munchies getting this diagnosis and this treatment at the same time period he was, notably Chronically Jaquie. What do you know? Sierra knows someone else with this exact disorder who gets this treatment for it. In this case I actually kind of believe it, if only for the very long duration (18 years) and the fact that they didn't stop treatment after he went into anaphylasxis every time because if you actually have a severe immunodeficiency you will die without IVIG so the benefits way outweigh the risk. but I'm not a medfag.

The organ donation question is still a big blank hole. If he had marfan or they even suspected it there's like 0 chance they're going to transplant his heart into someone, right? I can find kidney and liver transplants from marfan patients but only heart transplants to marfan patients from non-marfan donors. His parents seem to have been the ones who posted that his heart was transplanted. So what was the lie? He's marfanoid but didn't have marfan, his heart was fine, and they transplanted it? Or was the heart transplant story a cozy way to feel better about his passing and they didn't realize that it didn't make sense?

I deleted my comment earlier because he clearly did donate his heart, but people who die from Marfan complications have severe heart issues so that didn’t make sense. To donate his heart he also obviously would have needed to be brain dead, not pass from an illness.

I did JUST learn that the opium tincture (paregoric) is not for pain management, it's for chronic diarrhea and contains a small amount of opium per mL. Even 20 years ago they were saying it was an outdated treatment that should be retired. Still, he talked about other opiates plus xyrem and possibly benzos.

Every Spanish person I've spoken to recognises the difference between Mexican and other Latin American Spanish, but they understand it 99%. It's like French French and Quebec French. Funny accents, some differences, but you understand what they're saying.
