Anyway I think Russia has solved a lot of its logistical problems mostly by not doing much in the east and north except shelling and some real honest to god feints while focusing the action in the south

Now not much has gone on in the south for like a week plus except Mariupol falling or not falling just yet but close or whatever the fuck is going on there

And now the east is supposed to be the next banger

I suppose so the Dnieper is kind of a big obstacle going further from the south + Ukraine kept Russia from threatening Odessa

But Russia has got its shit together somewhat I think and is putting a rock in its fist for the next time it attacks

The timeline is as follows:

- March 30, Russians leave.
- March 31, the mayor records a happy happy joy joy video that the occupiers are gone
- April 2, Ukrainean army moves in
- April 4, the world is presented a bunch of suspiciously fresh corpses and told the Russians did it

Russia immediately starts clamoring for the Security Council emergency session and demands an investigation, England shoots it down twice. The non-emergency meeting will take place tomorrow at 14-00 GMT. Russians have cobbled together a bunch of alleged evidence that they say will prove their innocence but the court of public opinion has already pronounced its verdict.

For intergrity's sake, the US is claiming the Russians dug up a mass gtave next to the village church two weeks prior, but they only have satellite images.

I'm very behind due to the Path.net shenanigans and having to take care of some things so came here specifically hoping for a QRD on this very situation. Thank you very much.
I've heard about Russia requesting 3rd party investigations into the incident, especially with the UK, and it being declined. If anyone has info on that it'd be appreciated if it hasn't already been posted. If it has, I'll get to it eventually.

If anyone comes across media (pics/vids/articles) on any sub-happenings please post them. I've looked into the western perspective and currently don't think this passes the sniff test but only just heard about the situation earlier today so going off of the crumbs gracious journalists feed me right now.
The threads on this have proven invaluable to me for providing a timeline and all sorts of perspectives and info.

overall, the reason these genocide claims are easy to accept is the combination of russian rhetoric, propaganda and history. consider:
- the official russian position, as stated by putin himself, is to categorically deny ukraines nationhood
- russian sources routinely paint everybody who opposes them as a nazi (not even limited to ukraine, they do this with poland and baltics too)
- russian sources also routinely describe how they are enthusiastically looking forward to annihilate all nazis and nationalists, how they intend to give no quarter, take no prisoners, etc
-russia has a rich history of genociding/cleansing/deporting unruly ethnic minorities. notable examples include the circassians, the chechens, and the ukrainians
-soviet russia also had a history of aggressively forcing russification onto its subjects, including ukraine, which included not just pushing russian language on them but also large scale resettlement of ethnic russians into ukrainian territory

all of these support the russians genocidal intent towards ukrainians

The ironic thing about all this is that by the standards of the soyface brigade, Ukrainian's ethno-nationalist claim to statehood is in fact "Nazism," and complaining that dissolving a national identity via education and migration is "genocide" is a "Nazi" talking point. This does back up the point earlier that Russia is hardly the "based" warrior for "the white race," and that Putin's outlook is much more similar to today's neolibs than not. It makes the American response to this situation that much more farcical.

These countries would have been better off had they created their own intermarium alliance rather than join nato. At least then they'd be in a position to wage a eastern European revenge coalition war against Russia like they want to.

Your timeline is wrong. The span of time between Russians leaving/being cleared out and Ukrainians finding corpses all over the place was a lot shorter than 4-5 days.

no lol, that coalition would not have nuclear deterrent, and they would not be able to challenge russian conventional forces either because too small and too poor.
