Because it's Jesse, he announced it on April Fools, and his brother's name according to him contains "Collin Powell" I initially thought this was fake, but he's started posting pretty real looking pictures with both him and his brother so now I'm of a different mind. No surprise on Ralph's end, remember his talk with Jim where he vacillated between being conciliatory and wishing death by cancer upon Jim? Dude has the mentality of a spoiled 13 year old.

Precisely. Ragepig thinks since the worst thing for him is to be laughed at and insulted; insulting and laughing at others will cause the same existential crisis he is experiencing. The rug under his pig-hooves is woven entirely out of high regard Ralph imagines or thinks people have of him. Nothing else sustains him, nothing, so that rug better not be pulled from under him or he has nothing. He behaves as if everybody's opinion matters sooooooo fucking much that any random annon on the Internet calling him fat is taking it too far and is tantrum worthy. Gunt just won't have any of that disillusion business.

Yet every single day he is watching how his insults do nothing, are wholeheartedly accepted, laughed at and laughed off, they do not cause a complete disintegration and absolute psychological meltdowns he thinks they should. He doesn't get that insulting someone and feeling insulted are two different things and that he is choosing to feel insulted in situations in which most people wouldn't even register a slight against them.
