Star Trek - Space: The Final Frontier

Kim Cattrall took some tasteful nudes on the bridge of the Enterprise-A; Leonard Nimoy confiscated and "destroyed" them.
And in one stroke, Nimoy storms to the head of the pack in the “all-time greatest Star Trek villains” list.
She's into both sexes actually.

Trivia: Christian and Thompson were jokingly 'making out' on-set one day, and Joe spotted them and wrote it into the show. Joe always said it was about embracing his "inner teenager", as well.

Watching the RLM review I realized something: none of the ICE agents speak Spanish and they're all White. I'm 99% sure that if you're in ICE or Border Patrol you have to be able to speak Spanish and there's a good amount, if not a majority, of Hispanic ICE and border patrol agents.
Spanish is a requirement for CBP, and they will send you to language school if you don't speak it on induction.

The number of problems with the portrayal of ICE were numerous. Starting with the fact that they can't even manage to kick out actual criminals in under a few years there's no way they're wasting time rounding up clinics and deporting them unless they're sure someone they're looking for is there. Then taking them by bus to Mexico(presumably). Without verifying where their home country even is.

I’m going to join RLM in making intentionally stupid predictions to see if Picard is just that bad:

Q’s race(or some of them) got taken by the Borg and that’s why he’s being all weird and overly evil and whatever.

That's a bit hypocritical of Nimoy, considering his weird nude photography hobby.

And Ukranians are being massacred, but Wil Wheaton still wears his fag flag pin like that's the more pressing issue.

I predict that Picard itself (he's already a robot, right?) is actually the Borg Queen.

even if not he's still a queen in real life

hey, if you get A grade spank material of prime kim cattrall in a vulcan setup, you sure as hell were gonna keep that to yourself too.

To be fair, dating Chakotay seems to have that effect on women. Seska decided that turning traitor and hanging around with the Kazon was preferable to continuing to be with him; Seven swearing off all men forever is pretty mild by comparison.

You know, if this show was already going to fuck around with canon, I'm disappointed they didn't bother "fixing" the borg queen.

It's pretty easy: just say that in extreme moments the Borg resort to using a temporary, centralized hub to act as a the collective in absentia when they get too far from the main Collective. It would fit with several things we'd seen with the Borg & Seven as well as give the writers excuses to bring in or ditch the BQ as needed.

We'll just ignore FC and that "counterpart" line.

Not watching this show, only watching the RLM reviews, but what's with the whole Q giving that girl depression? Is he trying to stop humanity from reaching the stars like the Borgs? He's fucking Q, he can just bring all the borgs to modern day Earth with a snap and murder us all. Or, dunno, start a plague, a war, just make the whole planet blow up. He doesn't need to play those games. Q plays games for other reasons (and he was in fact punished for it by the Continuum.)

Besides, I think it was quite obvious that the Qs know humans are gonna evolve into something more eventually and they are ok with it, or rather, they have accepted it's inevitable. The final episode of TNG is basically Q pushing Picard to the right direction and be in peace with it. Kinda like, we know he was never a villain, but rather a guide. He's the one who alerted them about the Borg and told them to stop being arrogant.

If they really wanted to make a Picard show, then follow from here. After all, Q said he would come back. But how this has been dealt with it's a completely mess and a hack.

When you run an automated writing program, you have a list of topics that you can enter into its matrix of ideas. Depression was placed on that list because depression is a very prominent issue amongst Millennials (Zoomers have gone more toward apathy or sociopathy). Since this show is primarily aimed at a Millennial audience, depression had to come up somewhere. This is where the computer decided to place it.
