With one of the sites I used, it also details activity, so he sleeps for about 5 hours a day and then immediately hops on Twitter, and using the platform often rewards you well if other people are constantly using the app, and most of his followers are on it almost 24/7, constantly tweeting, which feeds the algorithm to drive people who tweet about similar things to you, so if there's a tag named, say, "Trans Activism", anyone who also generally engages with things around this tag are likely recommended his ratioes in their feeds every time he does.

What is odd, though, is that it is true, he hardly receives retweets of anything he posts, so his tweets are effectively propped up by Twitter itself.

If you look at other trans lolcows you'll see unusually correlated stats with very similar results, with ~50 tweets per day, you'll see this with many other transcows, spending their existence on twitter.

Analysing his twitter followers will not reveal if his "ratios" are organic or botted.

It's extremely unlikely that he has his own bots, botted accounts in the current year are extremely difficult to run. Footprints are hard to hide and Twitter have lots of PHD level nerds who are very good at machine learning to spot spam accounts.

Running a bot farm with 1000's of accounts requires huge resources.

If his followers are bots and not humans it also means there's no logical reason why these followers would then start liking his ratio tweets.

What is going on is PROBABLY the use of social panels, where you can pay a few dollars to essentially rent other peoples bots to like your tweets or whatever.

Social Panels are 10 a penny, all usually run through API's of central botnets in Russia and Asia.
