I don’t doubt that he hit women, but to my knowledge, Lisbon is not really known as a sex tourist spot for underage hookers.
It may even have less underage hookers than other places overall, as Portugal decriminalized a lot of drugs, allowing addicts to get help, clean needles, and whatnot.
While I am not an expert on underage prostitution and the general means to go about it, I am hazarding an unqualified guess that with Portugal’s level of drug tolerance and things, children with drug problems and risk of prostitution to support their habits are discovered far easier there, and hopefully helped.

Someone told him to shut the fuck up, Ralph wiggered out and called them a fag or something and got his face mashed in in return, there was no paid security to protect him, because everyone at the bar was glad to see this nuisance removed.
That was it, that was exactly what happened in Portugal, Ralph didn't even make it to the red light district.
