When transcripts of court proceedings are produced, they are added to PACER 90 days later. Before a transcript is added to PACER, a copy is available in the clerk’s office for inspection only. Information on purchasing a transcript from the court reporter or transcriber within the 90-day can be provided by the clerk’s office. There is no maximum fee for transcripts in PACER.

So either they've already got the audio and commissioned a transcription by a private party (and they're sitting on both like the faggots they are) or no transcript exists yet and they (and you) are lying through your teeth trying to get people to piss away a few pennies searching Pacer for data it doesn't have yet.

Maybe it's partially my fault for not focusing on individual users in the OP, but Dan goes waaaaaaaay back with Patrick. If I had shown that he's been one of Patrick's main foes since the beginning, people might have complained less. I didn't because, in most cases, I had no idea who the troll was (just by username), but I had other reasons, one being to not unintentionally build case against people for Patrick in case he ever decided to get litigious, which he did.

Maybe Dan would have been shown a little more deference if people recognized him from the OP as one of Patrick's main foes since the beginning.

Funny story: When Patrick got his big speeding ticket, he (of course) denied it it ever happened, despite it being on video and the hearing being public record. It remained unpaid for weeks while he, presumably, begged Niki's mother for money. Dan paid $1 of it and showed Patrick the receipt. Patrick paid the debt immediately afterward.

Dan also used to get people to block Patrick's alt account as a cyberstalker, which would ENRAGE him like almost nothing else. That alt account is now permabanned, sadly.

Anyway, Dan has initiated or been in on countless bits. I probably would have highlighted users whose funny antics could be traced back to them, but that was almost never the case, and I also didn't want to potentially put heat on anyone later back when I started the thread in January 2020, long before Dan's podcast came into being.

Did you even look at the screencap of the transcript that was posted? If you think they autistically formatted it to the court's specifications you are beyond help. If they used a different court document procurement method then I'm not aware of what it is but I'd imagine at the local level there are methods of procurement, especially since they have a forum member who was an actual party in the suit.

edit: I'd imagine Andrew's attorney had a hand in procuring this document now that you've made me think about it, and I think that if its not too much trouble Dan should talk about the source of the documents during the reading
