That's standard for him. That's why it's useless to let him explain. He thinks once he explains, you have to agree with him since he thinks his argument is perfect and if you don't, you still know he's right, you're just being a mean ol' discriminator. When Russ was badgering the judge in his suit against Null, he said he was astonished the judge didn't find his arguments compelling. It was such a bizarre thing to say, Skordas addressed it and said that most people understand that not everyone will agree with them, and that doesn't mean they don't understand the argument. It's even better than that. Russ acknowledges that he got to explain, but pretty much states that he is confused as to why Fremantle doesn't agree with him even after he explained, and he is so confused that he asked the judge for a conference in which the judge would tell him what to do.
What amazes me is that he doesn't grasp that they pretty much CAN'T let him on the show at this point, because it would destroy their credibility if someone could just sue their way on the show. It would denigrate everyone who's gone on AGT before and won due their talent and hard work. Russ just wants to get skipped to the main event because muh disabiltee, and he doesn't see why that's an insane thing to even suggest. It's clear that Marathon's legal team is getting frustrated with Russ's inability to understand he's asking the impossible. I hope Marathon does go for legal fees, even though he's pretty much broke, because it will help discourage both him from continuing to bother them, and it will hopefully discourage anyone else from trying to sue their way to stardom.
