Okay so shit, now this raises 2 more possibilities:

Option 1: The creator of the account literally went to the trouble of making a fake account in December of 2018 with the intention of trolling Chibi more than 3 years later.
Option 2: The girl is real, but got creeped out by Chibi's advances and didn't want to send videos of herself to a stranger in his thirties.
