Sorry lads, busy in the office today.

Ive missed out on the days discourse, so can someone here sum up briefly whether a russian conscript anally raping a baby on camera and sending the footage it to your fellow conscripts via telegram is infact a #based act of resistance against globohomo and degeneracy?

(I wont include a link, for obvious reasons until an actual news article appears, but its sadly been spammed all over social media as of late.)

Also does a #wholesome message on a chalkboard and a donated tugboat infact justify the above #based behavior on a moral level?

Asking for a homie who was rather insistent the other day that diddling kids was NBD so long as /pol/ likes you.

New toys for ukraine courtesy of the UK.

75 Saxons were sold to Ukraine reportedly under a contract made in 2013, i.e. predating the start of the War in Donbass. The Ukrainian military announced the deal on 5 December 2014. The former chief commander of British land forces, Richard Dannatt , said that supplying the vehicles to Ukraine was "immoral" as they were "useless" in the type of high intensity warfare they were being deployed in.

The writing is on the wall though, with Germany refusing to give any more aid it looks like phase 1 of the quietly withdrawing from Ukraine policy in order to let it sort itself out and get cheap gas again.
Not sure about that, maybe for some countries but others are increasing aid by giving Ukraine SAMs, armored vehicles, and of course even more ATGMs and MANPADs. Germany might be the interesting case of not poking the bear because they fucked their economy by basically only relying on Russian oil.

On a side note on the France elections, I don't think Le Pen will win, not only because of Globohomo but also because of the multiround France elections, Le Pen was doing good in the first round last time, but suffered in the second and lost because most of the people who's preferred candidate dropped out voted for Macron.

No one would have thought that the Third World War would be so scuffed.

I'm demonstrating you the Ukrainian fucking ballistas
Yeah, this is definitely not what people were thinking when they said that they didn't know what sort of weapons WW3 would be fought with.

That's more a matter of Germany having made itself more vulnerable by shuttering both coal and nuclear plants in favor of natural gas while they attempt to get renewable energy sources in place. Other countries in NATO and the EU that aren't so dependent on Russian gas won't be so quick to back out.

Plus from what people have said about the state of Germany's military, they probably don't have any military aid left to give other than sending money. They'll need to rebuild their own military house more first.

Funny you should mention that. Remember "Shell" proudly declaring that not a single drop of Russian oil will be bought, consequences be damned, slava Ukraini, fuck Putin?
Not a big "gotcha" moment or anything, but they only expressed desire, willingness to do steps towards reaching that goal and that kind of speak.
So they will continue suckling on Russia's oil dong as long as their government allows it while virtue-signaling as usual.
Same as everyone else. Including Ukraine.

Here, they even say this in news:

Nobody want's to put Russia into economic dark ages. The West sanction Russia because they want it to stop war
At this point the only people going back to the dark ages because of the sanctions is germany and rightfully so. Remember when we had hourly "Ruble is collapsing!" posts? I wonder what happened to make those stop.

Why would the stay if there is peace deal? Everybody wants to trade, because trade makes everybody on average slightly better off.
I am not aware of any of the countries naming specific conditions that will lead to the sanctions being lifted. With the EU frantically reorganizing their entire energy structure to wean themselves off of Russian oil and gas, they will not be buying it any longer than strictly necesary, war or no war. They will not be supplying any strategic equipment (i. e. military-purpose microchips) to Russia after the war, either.

The other commodities are not essential and have little practical impact.

I mean yeah, having Steam, Spotify and capeshit back in movie theaters would be nice, but they do not impact national security. And it is national security that counts.

I would very much like to believe that, but I have lost faith in the goodwill of the European Union. The news article you mentioned says "Russian sanctions could be lifted after invading forces withdraw". Could be, not will be. This is not a binding agreement - and the pumping of weapons into Ukraine will continue either way, preparing it for a new conflict down the line.

The sanctions are there to stay regardless of whether Russia wins, loses or agrees to a status quo. Ergo, there are literally zero incentives to withdraw or even seek a peace deal at this point.
The sanctions will stay because the US government always doubles down and literally wants Russians broke, dead, their kids raped, etc. The only 'peace' deal Russia looks plausibly able to get involves unilaterally declaring victory after consolidating its hold over the Donbass. West Ukraine will still be an enemy and a 'springboard' against Russia but I don't see a military solution to that.

I will tell you what condition it is: as soon as peace deal is struck every corporation will return to Russia. The EU might work out some pipes, to makes themself less prone to another energetic blackmail, but guess why they were so dependent on Russia in a first place?

Because Russian energy was cheaper.

Sanction hit, and people moved on different topics maybe?

Well apparently inflicting this on a weaker country is entirely justified and #based so sounds like a good idea tbh.

There is always balkanisation as a military solution for russia's problems. Be pretty kino to see post economy russia go the way of yugoslavia.

I mean you cant exactly sanction a country that doesnt exist anymore

Now I really start to think that Russian propaganda machine is trying their absolute hardest to convince Russian that peace deal is impossible.

Because if common people thinks it is possible, the are going to demand it.

Rusudan Ivaneishvili, a serviceman of Georgian origin, together with her husband takes part in the fighting on the side of the Armed Forces of #Ukraine. As reported, they were involved in the battles for Volnovakha, went through real hell, but survived.
