A lot of law school classes don't teach you how to be a lawyer; many of the professors don't know the first thing about that. The classes teach you how to be a law school professor.
Worse. They teach you how to pass the bar exam. Law school is the single greatest example in the world of doing nothing but teaching to the test. That's right, for all the pretensions of professionalism bar school is nothing but a higher grade of trade school teaching for nothing but a certification. Or a lower grade even, considering that a welder or a machinist actually has to demonstrate practical proficiency at some point if he wants that cert.
I don't have a problem with that, generally. Everyone has to go through it, and it does build up a basis of experience in how to deal with legal topics (reading cases, distinguishing cases, getting a feel for language, getting a certain amount of doctrine in your head, etc.), even if not how to, you know, actually practice law. But it is annoying to have a professor with more degrees than trials litigated. If classes were all taught by people who had practiced for at least 5 years, it would certainly be a lot better, but that's fairly uncommon.
Those who can't do, teach, my friend. My old man was running rings around half his professors and he went in sight-unseen with nothing but an associate's in EE. Yes, the school wasn't ABA certified (it was a long time ago before that whale devoured everything), but if a man with zero legal experience or prior education through a pre-law degree who is willing to just hit the books and study can amjure not really sure what to tell you.

Oz going full GUN CONTROL FUCK YEAR! SOCIAL MEDIA STAZI FUCK YEAR! TRANS KIDS FUCK YEAR! might be worth blaming too

According the celebrity gossip sites, Oz was encouraged to go into politics by Oprah. And Oprah has a massive bunch of issues of being connected to child traffickers, a rapist who fled to Indonesia, and not to mention her orphanage that was discovered to have child sexual abuse. She gave a tearful apology, but she doesn't care.

Why'd he do that? Some usual "he could've powered through it" cucky Republican reason?
His estranged wife took their three kids, she said she was abused, the PA Judge ruled she was a credible witness and gave her sole custody of the kids. Parnell denied the allegations, and Trump stood by him but he decided to dropout and Democrats are now gunning to take the seat.

And here's my Greitens tangent: the former Missouri governor has ten times the scandals that Parnell is facing and even more on the way, knowing his luck. However, the man is still leading in his race, and fighting through everything past, present, and future, even though his rivals and Hawley told him to withdraw his campaign.

His reputation could kill him in November, but that willpower is extraordinary.

Bets on Judge being on democrat payroll ?
