You think that Bucha was because the forces were starting to become tired with dropping Morale ?
Trick question! You didn't specify whose forces.

Regardless, the answer is "yes".

I mean, both are backed by the US and Israel.
The latest joke goes as follows:

"The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Russians are killing nazis
Belorussians are conducting guerilla warfare
Banderovites are killing civilians with tacit approval from Germany"

I mean it is morally fucked either way but depending on who did it its either really stupid, or fucking immoral but really really briliant. Like if Ukrainians did it they have my respect for such ruthlessness and willingness to play dirty to achieve their goals. Thats how you win wars.

The latest Ukrainean propaganda video is giving me serious ISIS vibes.

Dnipro airport has been demolished. Interesting because outside of Hostomel, I don't believe the Russians have destroyed any airports (i.e. in Keeyv or Kharkiv). My guess is they were concerned about supplies being flown in to support the AFU troops in Donbass. This also may signal that the Russians intend to advance further along the Dnieper after the Donbass is fully liberated.

Eh hitting airstrips is pretty standard. I wish we had pictures to see what they meant by destroyed, my guess is they cratered the fuck out of the runway.

Pikabu, Russian Reddit clone. Already baleeted by jannies. You reckon it's fake? In retrospect, I probably should limit myself to more trustworthy sources.
I have no idea, it doesn't look "fake" (i.e. black propaganda, obviously it's staged and acted) but it does look like it could equally have been made by professional Ukie TV or some random YouTuber with mid-range green screen equipment so I'm wondering who thought this psychotic video was a good idea.

No idea, but if it is being disseminated through Russian social networks, they are obviously hoping it will go viral.
