Btw I never said that. I don't have a schtick, I've told you I feel largely neutral towards this conflict. You're making a fool of yourself and it's cringe. As much as you might dislike it and it might upset you (which it clearly has), the equivalent of macho street-gang shenanigans, which you are suggesting, are not going to have the impact you imagine on a geopolitical front. In fact, they are very, very, very gay.

Let's say Russia sits down at a table with Ukraine, Germany, the US, whatever, and everyone decides to end the war, shake hands and live in peace. Ain't that nice.
A decade from now Russia will attack again. That is without a doubt. During that decade within Russia the idea that they kicked the west's ass into submitting, nay begging for peace will be spread like wildfire just for bonus points to show how Putin or his successors were always doing a good job. This is not exclusive to Russia, every dictatorship pounds its chest whenever it gets the chance. But if they lose in Ukraine so bad, which they're doing right now, that they will be unable to pound their chest without looking like laughing stocks, they may never attack again at least for another century, though which God help them throw out their ego and worshiping of their WW2 past.
Every single time some moron says that you can deal with Russia by bargain for short term peace is a fool, every euro diplomat worth a shit will tell you this.

For all the shit that us Americans give you Russians about Infrastructure we are in no position to speak. The linked below video showcases among other things a lock and dam system that uses a fucking STEAM ENGINE to actuate.

That's right, a system necessary to keep billions of dollars of trade flowing is reliant on a nearly 100 year old beat to shit rusted out steam engine. Sure we may have passed a “landmark“ $1.2T Infrastructure bill but that shit it peanuts especially with inflation and rising costs making that money worth less in terms of actual capability by the month.

The right and logical military position would have been to withdraw the soldiers out of Mariupol weeks ago but Zelensky and his cronies couldn't allow that because they need this shit to drag on and on so he could use it to beg for more international support, even though the Ukies in Mariupol have had zero chance of winning for a while now. It's incredibly shameful and disgusting.
