Here's a botched FFS surgery. It's not posted by the actual TiM in the photo but by another TiM surgeon shopping.
It's odd how their nose is normal-sized in the 'before' but super long looking in the 'after'.
I even make a quick GIF to demonstrate that in order to actually look female you need to actually change underlying facial structure. Changing the surface features alone just produces a weird looking result.

The nose job has also made the brow bone appear even more prominent in the after photo.

Damn and the craziest part is that it wasn't even Afghan who used the dreaded t-word. Faggit.
I think it's simply easier (and safer) to build onto the cartilage that's already there. No one looks good with a Micheal Jackson nose. The new result, while bigger, looks at least more feminine than what he had previously. Holy shit I would loooooove to see a front view of this, though.

edit: I know ftms have a easier time passing as men right off the bat, but I wonder if a face masculinization surgery market exists. Like whatever the fuck jaw implants Ellen Page got.

Face masculinization surgery does exist. It's mostly for men who want more attractive faces though. I do remember one FTM who practically ruined her life by getting a pioneering FMS surgery. I'll see if I can dig that up.

She could’ve posted a picture of her fucked-up face, goddamn tease! In reality it probably doesn’t look as bad as she describes, but when it’s your own face, every tiny bump and change looks really obvious (and so, big). Still, this surgery and doctor suck ass, and it sounds like this patient would’ve died but for quick intervention.
“ Love yourself, give yourself a chance, and know that you’re worth it” - the irony. Maybe someone should’ve been told this before deciding they could larp as the opposite gender and it would fix their problems.

When i see those transformed face i always wonder what the rest of the body looks like IRL, what does their voice sounds like...
Imagine getting a pound and half of face bones and fleshy bits removed, enough to turn yourself into Dobby the House Elf, and it does nothing for your passing because your voice is still too deep, your chest too large and your are 6ft2.

In her r/suicidewatch post she claims to have had extensive nerve damage that a clinic informed her was irreversible. She may have facial deformity or drooping (similar to Bell’s palsy) due to it.
There are no pictures on Deschamps-Braly’s website of his FMS patients. Nothing on google either though plenty of his FFM “successes” which have already been documented here. There’s a downloadable “guide” on the website for FMS but you appear to have to provide an email and phone number. Anyone want to take one for the team?

On one hand, I fully believe that she had terrible, deforming results (just look at...this entire thread). But otoh, the absence of photos reminds me that these people love to create problems and tragic circumstances for attention and chase the trans dragon.

The eyes look really tiny in the after despite obv not changing- my attention is drawn to it cos I just saw someone on another thread (some unknown person sitting next to philosophy tube) with really tiny eyes- and interestingly enough, EXACTLY this face.
Must have gone to the same person.

I dunno. I feel sorry for this girl. There's the obvious inability to manage her expectations but also this kind of surgery absolutely laughs in the face of the Hippocratic oath. The surgeons who do this are making a fortune. If you find the original link in Reddit and follow the Facebook link then you can find images.
I tried archiving but it's not working for me right now. If someone else wants to try, that would be good.
