I am and will stay pretty neutral in this war, but that looks like the face of a man who knows what he's doing is horrible.
1. If what Russia is doing is truly "genocide" then sitting on the sidelines and not getting fully involved because of fear of changing the status quo is horrible.
2. If what Russia is doing is not genocide but a territorial dispute, then him meeting with Putin to anger him further and prolong the war is horrible.
Either way, he knows what he's doing is wrong and it feels bad.

When the official Iraq Army folded and ran off when ISIS came for them, Iran helped finance and arm the militias to fight back. They used to have considerable influence over them, but things have been somewhat disjointed since Soleimani got pasted.
It's probably true and it makes sense, but it's a much smaller deal than the headline makes it seem as pro-Iran Shias didn't do too well in the last parliamentary elections.

Just 25 numbers apart. I think that settles it. Either the missiles were delivered non-sequentially to the SSRs or they got switched around before the collapse of the Soviet Union, so Ukraine can plausibly deny the missile was theirs.

All serial numbers are supposed to be tracked in the journals. You could literally track the missile's path once it leaves factory by checking the arrival and departure logs, but nobody seems to want to.
