I like how they censor Vic's name as if it's some big no-no word.
That's something people do on Twitter when they want talk about someone or something without garnering certain attention.

Also I looked at UltraCon 2022's guest lineup and they have more then just Vic now:

Stephanie Naldony
John Swasey
Elise Baughman
Cynthia Cranz
Linda Young
John Burgmeier

John's name is a surprise to me. He rarely does con appearances. For those who don't know in addition to his voice work on DBZ & YuYu Hakusho he was one of Funimation's main head writers for most of the company's history. He wasn't the one writing the actual scripts per say but he was one of the main supervisors of that entire department along with Eric Vale. He's got to have stories involving the behind the scenes for some of these localizations.

Food for thought: Everyone here save John Burgmeier is represented by Wendy Powell, who just launched the Powell Talent agency within the last month or so.

Speaking of odd Johns, John Swasey is there as well. He was one of the main faces in that #BeThere video.

That stupid #BeThere video aged like a chalice full of jizz that's been left out in the sun for too long.

Be there.... except when one of us gets accused. In which case, fuck that person.

Was that video ever archived? I don’t I ever saw it when it came out.

Speaking of food for thought, apparently Crumbreon has been talking to a number of people, including several voice actors, and said that she's planning on having a new guest on his livestream later this month.

And just like that, Kathryn the Parasite inserts her fat ass into the mix. Oh, and "I'm not shaming anyone". Yeah right.

As a bonus, she will have Eric Rolon on the show this weekend.

The times they are a-changin'.

On that subject I hope Crumb manages to interview a number former voice actors who were at Funimation. You know how in the mid-2010s during the fall of Channel Awesome and Youtube was filled with interviews/videos of former contributors that talked about their experiences working there? I want that for Funimation only this time there's more honesty and openness about the issues/problems as opposed to those like MarzGurl pretending or not knowing about what was happening with people like JewWario.

Fat never has sources, the fat just makes shit up on the spot and then asks stupid ass questions to deflect from whats actually being asked.

Ah yes, a few retards with anime pfps on Twitter can move mountains.
Sure thing.gif

Hey PenguinSperg, did it ever occur to you that prior to all this most of the anime VAs were only known to a subset of the anime fandom that were into english dubs? Vic was one of the few english anime VAs that was known to mainstream audiences outside of that. The only other VA I can think of like that was Johnny Yong Bosch and that's only because he played a Power Ranger.

Monica was jealous because in spite of everything you just said about her, Vic was more popular than her for the longest time. This isn't rocket science, it's obvious to anyone who paid attention to Vic's following in the mid-late 2000s to the early 2010s why other VAs were jealous of him. You of all people should know that considering how critical you've been of his voice acting in FullMetal Alchemist.

All of whom I'll be seeing at Ultracon in August.

Does Nero from Devil May Cry ring a bell?

Also, DC Douglas was Albert Wesker for years apparently.
