This is a similar reason why kids cartoons or adult cartoons that limit themselves tend to be funnier than outright adult cartoons. Only adult cartoon I find funny is XRA. They are more limited and have to think outside the box to be humorous for kids and adults. They have to straddle the line and can't go too extreme. Now some like Haachama just blow the line entirely with reviewing her R34 but I digress. Hololive has more limits so they have to think about ways to be funny.

Precisely! It shows a lack of inspiration in writing, in my view. Relying solely on shock value, gore, sexual innuendos and the sort makes the shows more immature in my view, it feels like they are branding themselves as for adults but relying on younger viewers in fact. Haachama gets away with all the shit she does precisely because her charactericterization revolves around her being fucking crazy, but even she won't go that far regarding some things. She's got her moments of brilliance, her self-demonetization was fucking hilarious for instance. I think she's one of the most viewer aware Holo girls, closely followed by Amelia, Watame and Nene!

They didn't really seem to have wrasslin knowledge along the lines of move names (which would probably explain the low QA of CAWs they got), so Selen already being into it seems really unlikely, but that probably wouldn't stop them from being a color commentator. Hope they do make more of these for other branches, it'd be even coolelr if it actually gets them interested in wrestling. Who knows, maybe down the line they'll get enough into it to be those iconic WWE-ran bots Tony Khan swears by, or those retarded AEW marks that spam the Cody gif (oh wait lmao), or those elitists that spit on people watching anything other than New Japan.

Come to think of it, how likely would it be for them to get permission for Fire Pro? Think some Nijis did play AI Somnium Files, so Spike does seem willing for perms.

Sir, I agree with basically everything you've said.

HL has a lot of great singers including the ones you mentioned. I like Mio a lot too but my favourite might be Okayu, similar reason for you liking Towa.

And with VShojo, yeah... I just avoid all of their content now. Like, I get that a lot of Vtuber clips are clickbait "Gura talks about Kronii's... THING" with a red circle around her crotch but VShojo is non-stop "Ironmouse accidentally cums on stream!?!?!?" clips. It's just pure e-thot shit, but that seems to be all 'big' English Vtubing outside like Nijisanji and HL. Vtubing is more fun when it's not just very obvious simp bait and screaming.

I could never get into vshojo, I still don't even keep up with there news n whatnot.

But every time I see a clip its always the most cursed shittest god damn thing I've had tbe misfortune of seeing.

I'll stick to the random 2k vtubers and hololive tyvm.

  3. Risu
  4. Moona
  5. Irys
  6. Azki
  7. Okayu
  8. Watame
  9. Aki
  10. Kanata
  11. Gura
  12. Mumei
  13. Sora

This is mainly based on how much I like their voice and how good they seem to be with it despite some of them having no real training. People tend to overlook Risu and Moona since they are from ID but after the 3rd Fes, even the JP girls who don't even seem to pay attention to them took notice. Hell, I think most of the girls didn't even know they could sing especially Risu that has a weird kusogaki english voice.

She is a kusogaki with a gremlin voice but when she sings she has one of those voices that would make you stop and pull your phone to record if she was singing in public or in the subway.

She did a Higurashi concert stream including some of branch-mates. This was my favorite one where she pre-recorded the harmonies and also had Ike record part of the song.
