His toiletries are on the closet shelf in the converted baby’s nursery he seems to be living in. All his shit is in that room, including two bikes. I love that he’s so grateful for whatever he has, though.

The room he's showing has a crib and a toddler bed pushed together, surely that's nowhere near big enough for an adult man to sleep. He'd be better off in the chair.

The dead fetus was her FB HEADER for a while. She’s mental.
ETA I’d speculate that she had it in the toilet and scooped it out washed it off and put it in the ziploc for the OB to examine? I think she was 12 weeks or so? This was last summer maybe, it’s hard to keep up with Kim’s bullshit.

His dog is gone, hopefully re-homed to a nice place.
Ok well it’s not going to be a nice place because I’m sure his family took the dog to the shelter when he went to jail because he wasn’t there for a day or two.
It’s very sad but he made the absolutely dumbass decision to steal either a TV or a window AC unit from a motel (I think it was a TV though) and as a result he went to jail.
Some of those toiletries might be doubles from his birthday or maybe he just likes having backups.
Like @Thomas Eugene Paris said earlier with posting pictures of food, it’s a flex for someone who’s mostly homeless to have a lot of hygiene products and I’m sure he’s not picky about what he accepts.
It probably gives him a sense of control to be clean all the time.

If Kim's baby is born alive, what are the chances she loses custody almost immediately? Doesn't her toothless old lump of a mother technically have custody of Aiden? And if toothless old biddy can't even pretend to have the capabilities to care for a severely disabled baby, won't they just put it straight from the hospital to foster care? (If it survives that long)

I want to say it depends if she can piss clean and on the baby's first poop (meconium?) if CPS gets immediately involved, but it varies a lot by state, region, and local office in my experience. There are flags in the system with Aiden I'm sure but the ultimate goal is family reunification.

Feel free to TMI me because I deserve it, but I think Dalton brought good vibes to catching repeat offender domestic drug abusers.
The one we’ve been dealing with again finally got caught last night for beating the shit out of his wife plus other charges and running from SWAT.
The police found him by going to his wife’s home where he was staying. She let him stay there.
He’s going to be in there for a while because he also likes to miss his court dates and run from the cops so he has multiple misdemeanors and a felony charge in 2 counties.
Some kids do make it despite being in junkie abusive neglectful and traumatic childhoods but it’s not often and they work their asses off to be everything their parents aren’t.
They’re thankful for clean functional simple productive healthy lives when they do though.
