Dream completely doesn't understand that wen you do get doxxed like this people will harass your work to get you fired. Getting attacked or someone showing up at your house isn't very likely but its the ways people can easily fuck with you remotely that are what do you in.

Not at all, the stans were pushing Dream to take legal action on their behalf. I doubt he'll actually commit to it though because 1) it's difficult to prove 2) it would bring extra attention to this megathread, which is the last thing Dream wants because it contains extremely compelling evidence about his dox.

The biggest mindfuck is that he clearly doesn't like the backlash, yet he goes out of his way to respond. He's successfully managed to get his cult fanbase to agree with everything he says, so he can sperg like a fucking autist and get high on the fact that so many people agree. He's inadvertently shooting himself in the foot by fostering this behavior because one day it won't work, then he'll just spiral. He's too up his own ass to care and at this point it's a ticking time bomb.
It's part of his buisness strategy. The more backlash he gets, the more obsessed his diehard stans become with protecting him from the "unfairness" of the general public. It creates this "us vs the world mentality" that feeds into their parasocial delusions that he's just some poor misunderstood youtuber who is constantly thrown under the bus by other envious clout-hungry content creators.
