One could also argue how much of that harm was even intentional. She's autistic, and that means low levels of antioxidants, including in the brain. As a result, autistic people suffer accelerated brain shrinkage just with age; the effects of any sort of brain injury are greatly exacerbated (see, for example, the sad case of Jan "Jace Connors" Rankowski). And the drugs she's known to have used in the past are definitely capable of causing brain injury.
