The prevalence of these dual relationships in this whole community is really alarming. It's extremely unethical for someone involved in the medical treatment of an individual to start a romantic relationship with that person, or really develop any kind of personal relationship with them. But looking at these genital butchery clinics it's like that's the only waters they fish at all.
