I'm not sure. The article I quoted says:

The money will include $500 million in additional economic aid to Ukraine, bringing the total economic aid to Ukraine to $1 billion since the start of the war. What's more, the US has already provided $2.6 billion in military aid.

I expect a lot of home improvement projects will be going on in Falls Church, VA.

I have no idea iether, to be honest. All these sanctions, all these companies that left, degeneracy about banning X Y and Z things\groups of people\animals, overall russophobia that have reached some exceptional hights... I favor the Ukrainians in this war, but can honor the service and sacrifice not just on the part of Zoya, but every Russian/Ukrainian/whatever who opposed the German invasion. They fought not just for themselves, but for everyone on this planet who opposed the Germans. Never forget it was the Red Army that chewed the guts out of the Wehrmacht.

My gripe is with Putin, not the Russian people.

Im more Pro Russian out of self interest since Russia is useful for weakening Western Neolibs but i think the key here is not Ukraine pulling down statues right now in wartime, but whetever it continues after the emotions cooldown and rebuilding starts.
