And if she can't feel her feet, would there be an amputation arc when the blisters she couldn't feel on the bottoms and sides of her feet became infected and gangrenous? Breaking in good boots can be a bit uncomfortable the first few wearings. Then they mold to your feet and are heaven, but since she can't feel her diabetes feet, who knows what damage she would do if she ever got them on. I'm not sure that pointed toe booties would even be good for her with the toe spread and lack of sensation and movement her feet seem to have. They wouln't give and splay like her cloth flats that she is so fond of.

@thejackal - there was a reaction channel that was covering another deathfat that revealed they make special sized pads for deathfats. Some women have even posted on social media showing the size difference when their clueless boyfriend/husband bought the deathfat sized pads because they are massive. Being able to wear a pad also requires you wearing underwear. I don't think we've ever got any proof Anna does. And I prefer not to think about the logistics of her trying to use a tampon.
